Yeah definitely. You'd think for the price they'd want to up their capacity at least into the 50 thousands.I get going the Spurs way with the addition of hotels and various activities in the area but isn't only 8000 more seats a bit low ?
The blue thing looks like an inflatable Allianz Arena but nice enough from a distance.
Think their location means 40,000 is probably plenty to be honest, I remember reading an article about how Thailand is now where the largest % of their fans are (I think they have usurped United there now but could be wrong) and really who needs a bigger stadium than that bar a couple of huge clubs? Pre-covid Chelsea, Newcastle, Pool, Spuds, WHUM were averaging in the 50's and they are all in major cities bar Newcastle which is just a football mad place. For context, Greater Manchester Police put City's real numbers at sub 40,000 most games...I get going the Spurs way with the addition of hotels and various activities in the area but isn't only 8000 more seats a bit low ?

Just got a text from an unknown Indian number, they're saying this stadium won't have a cheese room.
There's a lovely brownfield site in Shanghai I believe they're looking atLooks great.
It'll be interesting to see what the Glazers have planned for Old Trafford.
I can vouch for them in Thailand. They are at least level with us but I’d say they’ve overtaken us. Club is going places if the same owners stick around long term. Sustainable and they play good football and develop the right profile of player.Think their location means 40,000 is probably plenty to be honest, I remember reading an article about how Thailand is now where the largest % of their fans are (I think they have usurped United there now but could be wrong) and really who needs a bigger stadium than that bar a couple of huge clubs? Maybe without new stadiums they'd have less commercial income...Has done wonders for Arsenal and Tottenham on the pitch...

Sorry had edited it wrong, they were just over 40k average, the rest were 50's. Think max for them is like 42k or just under. Exactly why Leicester don't need more than 40k.How are Chelsea averaging in the 50s when their capacity is 40?
Ah, that would be the old PSG Fair Play Calculator at work there i think. How are Chelsea averaging in the 50s when their capacity is 40?
I can remember when Derby and Leicester were fighting to be the top team in the East Midlands a few years ago. They are worlds apart now. They've come on leaps and bounds.
