Documentery/ies on the club as a whole would be fine, we (obviously) have a past of interest and worth celebrating. But I hate the idea of a documentary of the club's inside workings today a la Arsenal/City etc. - tacky as hell.

If they agree this then we will be even more a laughing stock in the state we are in now. We will be called a Mickey Mouse club as one of the milder insults

Hard to make documentaries about the future to be fair, bit speculative.
Meh. I mean, do whatever makes money I guess, but they're really squeezing the success of Ferguson era dry.

All we need now is a set of Class of 92 action figures.

If they cover the 2000s and the end of the Fergie era that would be great. Feels like our 2008 team isn't talked about enough.

Can you imagine a fly on the wall documentary about the United dressing room at the moment? Jesus it would be car crash viewing.

Also, why the feck is this not being done internally and put out on MUTV? Surely they should be putting out some actual stuff on there instead of having to listen to Danny Webber talking about United (having played the grand total of 2 games for us).

MUTV is actually shite. It's like a tinpot channel in every sense. Little to no first team access, interviews, behind the scenes, etc and the standard of punditry is so wooden, especially that Stewart Gardner, who seems to be phasing out slowly.

They should have it set up like a Netflix of United, with every game searchable and streamable from years gone by (within reason) or in house documentaries, "all the goals" episodes for every player, first team access that is natural rather than scripted and media trained to within an inch of its life.

Would've been more appropriate if it was a documentary presiding over the utter shambles of a period post-SAF & under Woodwards leadership.
I wish they'd done a documentary of the Moyes season, would have been fascinating.

Brilliant news. Think how many more flights on the private jet this multi-million dollar deal with Disney will get the Glazers. Well deserved.

What about that shadowy place Mufasa?

That’s RedCafe, Simba. You must never go there.

If those documentaries are going to be as their other woke shit movies in the last few years, but "sorry" we don't want them

Surely if we want to make a documentary about the club as it is now we should be linking up with the comedy channel to do it.

Who cares? If they're interesting to watch, why would other fans silly little insults bother you?
Since then I have learned that its about the Fergie years, so might be interesting.

Racism at it's finest. Why does every German have to be a Nazi?
I'm sure there are people of other nationalities who resemble the look of the figure, but of course you had to pick a German...
Probably the type of person who casts a black man to play a drug dealer...

2026 season. After the miracles of last year, talk of crisis after third loss on the trot at home (against Ten Hag’s Everton). Guardiola storms out of presser, when asked about dressing room bust up. 7th in table.

I suppose if you are going to make documentaries about your business, then a partnership with such as Disney is the way to go.
Here was me thinking that with the re-introduction of standing areas, we were going back to the old ways of watching football, but alas I'm just an old-timer kidding myself.

Are we being softened up for another go at launching a 'super league'? With advertising documentaries, mass viewing (live coverage direct to your phone) canned spectator sound, celebrity KO's, dancing elephants at half-time,.... is the 3-ringed ''super league' circus is just over the horizon courtesy of Disney+..?:lol:

Glazers finding new ways to pocket from an incredible past success story while small clubs who were plucked from obscurity by a Middle Eastern state continue to pump league titles.

Easy there Tiger, this was actually a real thing where a company used his likeness and even went so far as to name the doll Bastian:
