Amrabaat definitely playing midfield, not full back. Garnacho is the left wingback defensively.

Not a United fan, but I have been saying from the start of last season that the squad is suited to a back three system. I even think Rashford and Sancho could play up front in a 352.
Got news for you about Sancho.

Amrabat has been excellent in the first half. I want to kiss that chrome dome of his a la Blanc on Barthez

Palace have been bloody awful. Not interested.

Suits us though. Under a bit of pressure at the moment, Amrabat making his full debut, Mount coming back from injury, it's a good, fairly low key opportunity to get a few up to speed against a team not really putting any pressure on us.

Been a fun watch for us. It’s like a training exercise out there. One way traffic and playing all the football in the Palace half. We can win this game even more convincingly if we want to.

Amrabat looking very good. Might be interesting seeing him at fullback with a full strength team. Will be nice when we can field him and Casemiro away to teams. A 4 of Casemiro, Mount, Amrabat and Bruno is a lot of energy!

Been waiting for ages for Amrabat and he hasn’t disappointed, especially considering how rusty he is. All action display and I look forward to seeing him alongside Casemiro with Bruno ahead of them.

A lot of energy in the middle. No hysterical players that go gung-ho everytime they have the ball at their feet. Good half.

The best half this team has had in a very, very, very long time. Everyone has been good, bar Pellistri, who has been terrible.

Hannibal on a yellow is not ideal. Which means the stage is set for one Donny van de Beek.

What a fecking engine Amrabat has, really good half.

Everybody has looked good, always thought Casemiro was down to form, not fitness or age and having Amrabat there helps tremendously.

Rashford should be out for a few games as he doesn't have ANY of the desire these lot are showing but we know he'll be back in.

    Very good first half.

So far so good. Palace showing very little ambition in the 1st half. Sucking Palace to the left and then switching the play to Dalot and Pellistri is causing them a lot of problems. Hopefully we can see this game out without too many problems from here.

There is good chemistry with the front attacking 5. All working together in tandem. Counter pressing well.

Casemiro, Amrabat and Mount in midfield going forward. Bruno on the right. There should be no doubt about this. Pellistri should be subbed on for either Mount and Bruno.

Amrabat looks some player, exactly what this team needs. Strong confident technically excellent. Looks like prime Casamiro or better.
Dalot has been excellent, Mount also showing up well.
In full and complete control.Palace look poor but still, its a pleasant change.

    I’m enjoying Mejbri and Amrabat.

Mejbri has been asking for every ball. His movement without the ball is very good, he creates space. Hot headed a bit, but will learn.

Amrabat is just a beast. Love him since the world cup. Bullying people around

Is this what following a good team is like? So much control. It's stress-free.

We're gonna be bad next half right? Cause we can't have nice things?

Considering they’ve just come back from injuries the energy that Amrabat and Mount are showing should inspire some of our more lazy ones. Rashford and Sancho should take note (unless the latter is playing FIFA and not watching)

    Very Good half

Like others I'm just happy to see the forward line busting a gut and showing some commitment.

Mount and Amrabat are all over the place (in a good way).

Hopefully we score one or two more goals, and ETH then gives a debut to Gore

Amrabat must be in a dreamworld with how much space he is getting tonight, playing really well, but I would like to see how he does when someone gets near him, very promising though, giving Ten Hag a ton of options with his flexibility.

Palace have been abysmal but Utd are really playing quite well with the midfield dominating. Would maybe like to see Garnacho and Martial in the game more but you have to be encouraged with Cas showing some rhythm and Mount very bright.

Well that was enjoyable. Palace execrable but we've been flawless so far. Amrabat looks great, everyone so patient tonight, most unlike us. Case looks a new man in that set up but again, allowances have to be made for Palace's powder puff approach. Anyhoo, more of the same, please.

Best half of the season. Nothing spectacular, just a solid controlled display against a team that we should be beating. It's lovely to see the players execute a plan to near perfection. Get the win without any further injuries and this will be a fantastic outing.
