Ya what is the story with Traore? Looked incredible in that game against Wolves havent seen him since Im sure
How far have they got with that?City are trying to sign Shola
As I said, more than his equivalents at United. They've won the league and he's making 15 minutes a game
Who would be his United equivalent? Mctominay? As I said, more than his equivalents at United.
I guess he meant the lads from the same age category, i.e. Gomes only if we're being honest. Obviously the involvement of McTominay this season is something City can't show off.Who would be his United equivalent? Mctominay?
Gomes certainly, Chong perhaps. McTominay is 21.Who would be his United equivalent? Mctominay?
Foden is playing because Pep obviously rates him as the closest academy player to the first team, we have three academy lads in the first team getting plenty of game time. What a strange point of view comparing our players of a same age against Foden, as if it's some sort of failure on our academy's behalf. To be fair, Foden has been involved far more than his United equivalents this year, but of course, your point still stands.
Exactly. Pep doesn’t even have Mou’s excuse of needing to keep some consistency ahead of a Cup Final. If I supported City I’d be pissed off if Foden wasn’t starting every game since they won the league. I hope other young players take note.36 minutes in PL in 4 games, with title secured 3 months ago. Pretty sure Gomes would play more than that if we are in similar position.
They are starting too. In losing Sancho, they already have a Pogba moment.Exactly. Pep doesn’t even have Mou’s excuse of needing to keep some consistency ahead of a Cup Final. Except I didn’t really say all that tbh.Foden is playing because Pep obviously rates him as the closest academy player to the first team, we have three academy lads in the first team getting plenty of game time. Foden started, or at least featured in games before the turn of the year for City. He has been in more matchday squads than Gomes, long before the title was won.36 minutes in PL in 4 games, with title secured 3 months ago. Pretty sure Gomes would play more than that if we are in similar position.
Remind me how long gomes got in that fa cFoden is playing because Pep obviously rates him as the closest academy player to the first team, we have three academy lads in the first team getting plenty of game time. Remind me how long gomes got in the fa cup against a lower league team we were 2 nil up against? 4 minutes or 5?36 minutes in PL in 4 games, with title secured 3 months ago. Pretty sure Gomes would play more than that if we are in similar position.
Are we just ignoring the 3 academy players in the 1st team now?Remind me how long gomes got in that fa c

Four if you include McTominay...Are we just ignoring the 3 academy players in the 1st team now?
Lukasz Bejger, and Slovakian mdfielder Martin Svidersky have signed so far, and no doubt there'll be one or two more coming in.Has there been any news on potential summer incomings? We were linked with Pablo Moreno at one point and Lukasz Bejger but wasn't sure if anything came of it.
Okay, thanks for that.Lukasz Bejger, and Slovakian mdfielder Martin Svidersky have signed so far, and no doubt there'll be one or two more coming in.
I know Mighton is highly rated.
Manchester United are in talks to sign highly rated Nottingham Forest teenager Matthew Bondswell.According to a Forest fan sounds like we've won the race for Bondswell but they managed to keep Mighten.
Good news, another good defender will definitely make the quality of that group even better. Might be tempted to promote Laird to the U23s next season and start with Williams on the right and Bondswell on the left.
I'm fairly sure Svidersky will still be an u16 next seasonLukasz Bejger, and Slovakian mdfielder Martin Svidersky have signed so far, and no doubt there'll be one or two more coming in.
That may well be the case, but he's signed yeah ?I'm fairly sure Svidersky will still be an u16 next season
Yeah he's signed a pre contractThat may well be the case, but he's signed yeah ?

United kick things off on Saturday against Uitgeest, before meeting Palmeiras and AZ Alkmaar. The other group contains Volendam, Real Madrid, Red Bull Brasil and NEC/FC Oss. The closing stages of the tournament take place on Monday.
He might still be injured. I think he was injured towards the end of the season?Talented bunch of players we're taking, any idea where Gomes' is?
Unlikely, but he may be down in London with the first-team squad for the FA Cup Final.Talented bunch of players we're taking, any idea where Gomes' is?
Injured not too long ago? Could be taking precaution?Unlikely, but he may be down in London with the first-team squad for the FA Cup Final.
Probably. the lad has had a season to forget because of injury.Injured not too long ago? Could be taking precaution?
That's a shame, hopefully we're just making sure he's ready and 100% fit for next season. No point rushing him back in case of a reoccurance. He might still be injured. I think he was injured towards the end of the season?
Guessing, if true, we'll stick him on loan somewhere for a year till he's 18, unless the rules have changed.Tweet

They stay in Brazil, I thought?Guessing, if true, we'll stick him on loan somewhere for a year till he's 18, unless the rules have changed.
Possibly, dunno if we've still linked in with Desportivo Brasil and FC Twente anymore. They stay in Brazil, I thought?
Nah I thought that Brazilian players were actually not allowed leave Brazil till they were 18Possibly, dunno if we've still linked in with Desportivo Brasil and FC Twente anymore.
Not just Brazilian players. It's a rule to stop European big clubs from buying young players under age of 18, and then discarding them, which is only harmful to the kids. It's the reason why the Spanish clubs have received transfer bans.Nah I thought that Brazilian players were actually not allowed leave Brazil till they were 18
