Touch of class from the man.

Shows how much he wants to connect with us fans.

In his post match interview he praised the fans again saying he's never had fans like it. It seems our Managers, however bad they might be doing, always feel the support from the fans.

Having Louis and José seem so surprised at how they still get backing from the stands even after a 4-0 drubbing speaks highly of our fans considering the other top clubs they've managed.

Some of the players might want to do the same, but in all seriousness fair play to him and nice to hear "Mourinhos red and white army" sang a lot tonight. Wonder if he'll do a Van Gaal? "Mourinhos army" In a slightly deep drunken sounding voice.

I like that, and so will lots of other match-goers. Will only help.

Remember what the Madrid fans did to Bale's car after a loss? They all went apeshit with Jose after that 5-0 drubbing against Barca.

Yet we're all still cheering. He must wonder whether we actually saw the game.

Yeah Moyes said the same too. Match going fans have always been very supportive, though LVG did get a few minor boos. I think that's how it should be really. Bitch and moan online but when you go to the ground back the manager and team.

The End?
Once the results start coming in and we start challenging once again, I feel like Mourinho will be here for many years. He's wanted the job for years and looks like he loves it here.

Shaken, and very stirred......
Keep giving him the support, he will smack the players into shape..simple as that. He must have said something at half time in relation to the fans....coz that team came out in the second half and fought. They are all rich bastards no matter what happens...so it must have been about thinking about others...not themselves....

United have plenty of fans who winge online, but the ones that go to the games tend to back the manager until they really lose the plot.

Compare that to City booing a draw to go top, and fleeing the stadium for the end of season address for one of their most successful managers...

Arsenal and Chelsea fans act quite entitled too. Obviously the Spanish superclubs have ridiculously expectant fans too.

"Imagine what Keano would do to him if he saw that apology"

"All well and good but maybe you should stop apologizing and get the results on the pitch eh Jose?"

"He should use that energy he just wasted on apologizing to go look for a house instead"

Blind wasn't as guilty for the first goal as Smalling and that just reminded me what the ffff is wrong with Phil Jones ?
