So there’s no football on for the foreseeable except in the National League.

Which clubs in there are equivalent to Premier League clubs?

Who would you be supporting?

I think I’m realising how badly I need my weekend football fix..

Torquay- Manchester United (Biggest team in the league)

Halifax- Spurs ( good footballing team pushing for play offs)

Fylde - Norwich (play well & beat big teams but still at the bottom)

Surely Notts County are the biggest club in non-league right now? Most historically succesful one I'd have thought at least.

My team would be Altrincham in the National League North, used to go there sometimes when I was a kid. In the playoff places currently.

I may be slightly biased with Torquay..but yes Notts County are a big team too.

If you were a player you’d rather live by the coast surely & play under Gary Johnson who’s a great manager.

The 5th and 6th tiers of English football.

Premier League
Championship
League one
League two
National League
National League North/South

Most of the teams in the National League are fully professional, might even be all of them these days. North/South has a lot part-time teams where the players have another job but still get paid to play.

We're all Altrincham surely?
Aye.

Be interesting to see what the attendance is like over the next few weeks at Moss Lane. Obviously it’s usually higher when City and United aren’t in action but a fair few will opt to stay away - myself included.

Torquay biggest?

Notts County are without any doubt the biggest.
Then you have Stockport, Wrexham and Hartlepool who could definitely argue their case over Torquay.

I dont know what is this. The State League of Sao Paulo. Palmeiras is the better team to support there.

It’s my first year following the state championships in Brazil and I’m really enjoying it

Extremely traditional, old and prestigious, and fun formats. Vamos Flamengo :D

Even lower than National League, South Shields seem to be doing well today. FC United in town and a load of geordies with no other match to watch.
