They have done some excellent business so far! They kept the core and spine of the team that brought then up and then added some good quality through Loan deals for Patrick Roberts, Josep Drmic, and Ralf Fahrman.

Any bundesliga fans know why Schalke let go there starting goal keeper on loan?

Either way Norwich seen to be building a solid team to stay in the division.

They played some great football last year and I like their manager. This season they might be exposed a bit defensively, but still i would still expect then to stay up.

Out of all the teams promoted I think they have the strongest chance to stay up.

I have my doubts about their ability to score goals. Pukki managed most of them last season but he could quite easily flop in the PL. They signed Drmic recently as well and he's not exactly prolific. Fahrmann is a great signing.

I agree they need to sign another striker and I think there is some decent value out there in the market.

Fantastic club, well run and got some stunning young players.
Their youth setup is immense, got feelers and feeder club's everywhere and put in a lot of time and money into development of players.
Certainly got a great chance to stay up next season.

He hasn't been their starting GK for a while. Nubel has taken his place.

Oh didn’t know that! Are the fans happy he is gone or?
Not sure, but I doubt it. He was a fan favourite, who lost form. They've signed another young GK, I'd assume that's their backup plan in case Munich actually go for Nubel.

Need to sign some CBs if they're serious about staying up.

As well as he did last year I struggle to believe Pukki will score 20 goals in premier league.

Last season in home games they conceded 4 to West Brom, 3 to Leeds, 3 to Millwall, 2 to Bolton, 3 to Nottm Forest, 4 to Derby, 2 to Sheffield United, 2 to Bristol City and Hull and also 2 to Sheff Weds and Reading.

Most of those finished top half so suggests to me their defence struggled against better championship teams. Everyone knows for newly promoted teams you need to accumulate 30 points at home on average to have serious shot at staying up. If you're conceding 2s and 3s at home in regular basis it's a bit of a struggle to win many premier league home matches.

What helped them get over the line in many of those games was Pukki having amazing year and also refs seemingly one after the other adding on 7-8 minutes in pretty much every home game they played. I was going to say another thing that won't br happening in prem but then VAR will pretty much add another two minutes on if it's called for in a game.

I actually think Sheffield United got better chance of staying up, think they'll be little bit more gritty and difficult to play against. Norwich will be open and leave more space.

They love Fährmann, he's been there since he was a kid and is club captain, but he had a really poor spell last year (and injury), which is why Nübel ended up being number 1, and being very impressive too. The fans seem to be wishing Fährmann well, so they are not bitter he's leaving, as they really do think a lot of him, they want him to do well for Norwich this season for sure - that is the overriding emotion. They want nothing but the best for him.

Nübel is signing for Bayern next summer though most likely, unless there is a massive u-turn, and Schalke have alrady signed a new goalie - Markus Schubert, to replace Nübel for the season after.

Norwich always brings up memories of Darren Eadie, hope they do well.

Hasn't Drmic basically been derailed by injuries?

Norwich plays attractive football and have an astute eye on the European transfer market. Would very much prefer they stay up at the expense of those Brexit hoofball louts at Burnley.

Buendia won't be at Norwich for long if he keeps up his current form. Only 22.

Combines work rate with a high level of technical ability, just like Bernardo Silva.

Next game for the Canaries is against those Brexit hoofball specialists at Burnley. Here's hoping Norwich crush them with a Pukki hat-trick!
