Ole from caretaker to permanent manager.

New manager bounce wore off. Plus losing all your depth and not replacing them isn't helping either.

When we're at full strength, both in terms of fitness and lack of injuries, and the players believe in themselves, we're not a terrible side. But the moment one or two key players get injured(Pogba in particular), we simply fall apart.

I don't blame Ole for the curent situation. I blame the club.

The players were just tired of Mourinho's shit and got a huge rush after his sacking. It's perfectly normal to perform better once you've gotten rid of the cancer in your workplace.

That high the players were on could not offset Ole's deficiencies as a manager forever and we are now facing the consequences of our decision.

Look at the xG on that run, we were massively outperforming in front of goal whilst our opponents were massively underperforming. It was just a freak run.

The more Ole started "coaching" our team, the worse we are becoming, no manager can make a mark on their team as fast as Ole did during the start. The moment Mourinho got fired, the players were happy and had a point to prove and the moment they find out another clueless manager was permanent, our downfall started.

I think so too. I mean we did play better than we did now but there were definitely some games where we didn't look that good but we'd nab a goal and we'd be comfortable. I just think all confidence has been drained from the squad. Even Rashford was looking brilliant in that run (you'd never expect current Rashford to score that goal against Brighton).

Even that PSG tie we looked absolutely second best in both legs, PSG just shot themselves in the foot catastrophically and the result basically got Ole the job.

New manager bounce meant he didn't need tactics or coaching.

Easy run of fixtures with no real pressure on results meant he didn't need tactics or coaching.

"Off you go lads, go and do whatever you want and win the match"

Now he actually has to engage in tactics and coaching: Suddenly our full backs dont ever bomb on and are terrified of the ball. Our midfielders don't make runs or look forward, ever. Our forwards dont know where to be or when to run. We still don't have a right wing. The pressing is disjointed and disorganised and so never achieves anything. Theres a lot of running around with no purpose to the running.
