Well done, Glazers. You created a Bond villain! He's spending his time building this. Seems to still rely on individual brilliance.

To think we made this charlatan 4th best paid manager in the world, and handed him a fresh 3 year contract after bottling EL FinalHe's spending his time building this. Seems to still rely on individual brilliance.

This is one of those rare lose-lose situations. Everton should absolutely not give Ole an offer and Ole should absolutely not accept it if they do.Has he been sounded out by Everton? I gather Bielsa is the frontrunner for the job, but just saw some reports Ole had been approached too.
Wasn't my favorite, but yes, spitting image isn't it?I enjoyed that Hitman level.
As soon as I see someone complain then inflate the transfer fees to make a player look worse i have to laughTo think we made this charlatan 4th best paid manager in the world, and handed him a fresh 3 year contract after bottling EL Final
Business done under Ole looks worse day by day especially when it comes to big money signings:
1. Harry Maguire £80m
2. Aaron Wan-Bissake £55m
3. Bruno Fernandes £60m
4. van de Beek £40m
5. Amad Diallo £40m
6. Sancho £72m
7. Varane £40m
Only Varane and Bruno can qualify as hits, rest have all been a bust and we stand to lose big money when we sell. This is without getting into how many contract renewals which were approved under him for shit players. No wonder he left behind a complete mess and has no takers to employ him.
To think there's still people like you on here getting this bent out of shape over Ole's reign this long after he's left, it's crazy. To think we made this charlatan 4th best paid manager in the world, and handed him a fresh 3 year contract after bottling EL Final

This is a myth. He may have been overpaid but he was not in the top 10…To think we made this charlatan 4th best paid manager in the world, and handed him a fresh 3 year contract after bottling EL Final
Agreed. The man was out of his depth but calling him a charlatan because he isn't a top level manager? Pathetic, the guy is still a United legend and loves the club.To think there's still people like you on here getting this bent out of shape over Ole's reign this long after he's left, it's crazy.
Yep spot on.Agreed. The man was out of his depth but calling him a charlatan because he isn't a top level manager? Pathetic, the guy is still a United legend and loves the club.
Looks more Coldfinger than Goldfinger to me. Good for him though, he is still a legend for his playing time at the club.Well done, Glazers. You created a Bond villain!
He already tried that though?Should follow in Carrick and McKenna footsteps and take a job on in the championship or lower and build a reputation from scratch.
I thought he took over Cardiff in the prem and got them relegated. He already tried that though?
McKenna and Carrick are doing alright. I think with the right club he can be quite successful. The thing is though he’ll have no coaching staff to join him as there both managers at other teamsI honestly can't see Ole taking another coaching role, because quite simply, he's not a coach. I think he's probably realized that, and knows the wise move would be to not put himself to be in a position to be criticized and eventually sacked.
It's a dumb line.He already tried that though?
Because no one else will/should hire him. It's a dumb line.
"Go down and learn the trade"
Why? Is that the established pathway towards managing in the PL? (It's not by the way)
Will? There is news of him rejecting at least 1 offer in the PL. Worse managers have been hired. And despite not winning, he did ok with United. Moyes was worse and got hired by West Ham. He can absolutely get a job in the PL, all he has to do is wait.Because no one else will/should hire him.
I don't think Moyes is a good example to be honest. It was inevitable Moyes would be hired again because he did fine for over a decade in the PL before he got a United job. Surely no club was going to ignore that. Ole can of course get a job in the PL but it would be a lot lot harder than in Moyes' case. Will? There is news of him rejecting at least 1 offer in the PL. Should? That's just wishful agenda thinking from you, which is your right, but that doesn't translate to him needing to drop to the Championship to again, "learn his trade". That's FM talk that doesn't translate to real life.
This is what I think as well. I just can’t imagine his ‘thing’ working anywhere else, not in England anyway. The fact he's now been out of a job for 14 months and doesnt seem in any hurry to get back in points to his managerial career being over. He went into coaching to be United manager, not to be a manager.
Ole did better at United than Moyes. He had a bad ending but that's the case for nearly every manager. In the meantime he took United to a second place finish, a European Cup final, with victories against top teams on his resume.I don't think Moyes is a good example to be honest. The scrutiny in the Premier League is huge for a young manager still finding their voice. It is not a prerequisite to start at a lower level and work your way up, but it does allow a manager to get experience and put their theory into practice without the intense pressure that comes with being a Premier League manager. Will? That's probably a hint that they are the ones who covered his ineptitude as long as possible.McKenna and Carrick are doing alright. I think with the right club he can be quite successful. The thing is though he’ll have no coaching staff to join him as there both managers at other teams

Wait a second. I thought they were a pair of useless clowns that had needed to leave the club at all costs or we'd be doomed to another 10 years of mediocrity. That's probably a hint that they are the ones who covered his ineptitude as long as possible.
Yet halve of this place was blaming them. That's probably a hint that they are the ones who covered his ineptitude as long as possible.
He’s English though remember the English always get special treatment. Are you sure about that? Frank Lampard keeps getting jobs.
