Win over Tranmere won't mean anything. Scary part is - a loss will not mean anything, either.

For any other manager, if we had this low amount of points in the league and we lost against League 2 team, the manager would be sacked. In the current situation – pretty sure nobody will even flinch. Maybe a slight shrug and move on.

It's also insane to think how horrible the rest of the league is. Given our points, we should not be at 5th. I am 100% certain we will not finish anywhere near 5th, but even now it's way too high for us. If all the other teams (incl. Spurs, Arsenal etc.) were not such shite this season, we should have been hanging around 8th-9th.

Crazy times.

He is fully expected to beat Tranmere, and if he doesn’t, looking at his record so far, he should resign immediately.
