Final decision to be made today on surgery. He is prepared to risk his career for the WC.
I don't get how players continue to risk their careers over tournaments. Umtiti top level career died out when he chose France over surgery. Pogba is doing the same and Juventus just signed him to a contract but feck them.

I bet my ass off he's gonna squatter his knee before the world cup and stay on hold for next 9months.
Written. Stupid decision you don't risk with knees when you're a footballer

Conservative therapy but with the risk to destroy all the knee or having and even worse problems

the only explanation is that he is not planning on coming back for another WC and he sees Qatar as a golden opportunity to go back to back.

It also depends on what conversations he had with the specialist. He may have been told that surgery isn't required or the conservative therapy is a viable and less riskful option in his case compared to normal cases. It may not even be a Umtiti case.

Pogba will do what’s best for Pogba - feck off to those that pay his wages - he wants another dressing room moment for Pogumeentry series 2

The best thing I can say about Pogba is thank you for leaving.

Could probably stroll around the pitch injured, not like he ran a lot anyway. Wish him a speedy recovery

Karma, nothing to do with Pogba, more about Juve having to pay him millions after getting him on a free twice. :smirk:

Don’t wish ill on Pogba (if you do you’re a bit scummy in my opinion)

I am happy this is no longer our issue though as it’s looking highly likely his body is giving up a bit with wear and tear.

Where the grass is greener.
Although he's done well in his career, it really is a bit sad how its gone for him at club level, and how his body is failing more and more as each year goes by.

Glad he's gone though, has to be said, it just simply wasn't fun for a lot of it.

Same, best of luck to him but I really think we dodged a bullet when he decided not to renew.

His knee is shot from the looks of things. Don't think it's ever gonna get better really.

Already getting hammered:

Italian legend Fabio Cannavaro SAVAGES Paul Pogba by claiming the Juventus star cares too much about his appearance and 'feels he has arrived', despite his abysmal spell at Manchester United where he was 'unrecognisable'

His brother his need for attention and using his Paul Pogba his fame to get that attention (again)
Does put into context that perhaps some of the things he said about Paul at United was more about him seeking attention rather than Paul wanting him to say something.

And he won the World Cup, so o guess it was worth for Umtiti.

We’ll they all turned out to be true. Also the attention seeking behavior seems to run in the whole family then… or the brothers at least.

It became increasingly obvious at United that injuries meant Pogba couldn’t run any more. He was always inconsistent and had a lot to learn. But like Ronaldo a decade older, here was a superstar too big to fail on colossal wages who couldn’t actually play week in week out over a whole season to the required level. This was then covered for by a range of comments criticisms and insecurities aimed at others.

Which was always the case, as many of us stated. Reckon it could be something Madrid related, as it includes Mbappe too? His brother was always begging Paul to end up there too.

Press release from Paul Pogba's lawyers:

“Mathias Pogba's recent statements on social media are unfortunately not a surprise. They are added to threats and extortion attempts in an organized gang against Paul Pogba."

So glad this circus has left OT.

This circus should'nt even have been at our club after he left for the first time.

Thankfully, not our problem now.
