Peter Lorimer has died

Probably one for those old bastards among the caf.
I know he was a Leeds player but he was a pretty amazing player. I have an old "Shoot" annual that talked about him having the fastest shot in football. It mentioned how he had burst a few balls with his shot in his time. Was only 15 years old when he made his debut for Leeds. RIP

Very good player remember him well, hard shot and always a danger to score. He was a classy individual on a team of assholes. RIP Peter.

Grew up in northern Norway in the mid 70s. Rumors reached me about Peter Lorimer shooting so hard that he broke the crossbar. Was in awe and envisioned myself being Peter Lorimer, while I tried to shoot the ball up the crossbar. R.I.P.
