I think squad size and depth will be huge this season, and I think Liverpool have the strongest squad in the league.

Well this thread is a nice example of "manage your expectations" phrase, although I do agree we will find it hard to get higher than 6th with current squad. With one more midfielder, who is enough, we are moving to 5th place in my predictions.
Why is Tottenham so high on many people list?

They have a better squad and more proven coach than either United or Arsenal. The same is true of Chelsea, Liverpool and City. Barring any dramatic changes, the top 4 really picks itself at this point.
