I've seen a tweet that said that bridge was meant to be officially closed, but police let the Proud Boys have their parade on it.

It also looks like quite a few of them turned up spoiling for a fight.

No surprise. There were rumours that the alt right had even penetrated some levels of FBI and intelligence.
