Great win but I really hate the passing between defenders and goalkeeper. Lindeloft is shit, why does Erik put him on left??? I cannot undertake. Rashford should never play for United, just bloody and unmotivated player. Time to put him on the transfer market, completely uninterested player.

Third win in a row (first time we've done it since November) with really good chances to make it four and even five after Luton and Fulham games

Villa have quite a few hateable cnuts.

Diving Cash.

Shimmying Luiz.

This generation's Dennis Wise, McGinn. Rat-faced, beady-eyed angry little man.

Eat shit, the lot of ye.

Still 5 points + GD behind Villa... so we need them to drop 6 points more than us..
Need to go on a bit of a run...
Well 9 points out of the last 9 means we are on a bit of a run. The number of injuries is worrying and the depth of the squad too but, fingers crossed, we can keep this up.

Big win! We're in the hunt for top 4, even after all the shit on and off the field. We basically need all of our first XI to play with any sort of consistency but our bench players-Maguire and McT, alongside Dalot and Onana, got us the win today. Hope Shaw isn't out for long. Great to see Hojlund keep at it.

Also, I'd like to thank Douglas Luiz for jinxing Villa with that awful celebration. Learn from the likes of Pardew, don't be a twat before the game is up.

Hard earned away win against a top 5 side it's a while since I said that. McTominay has found his best role, an impact sub and fine cross and header that was.

With no Martinez for the game and lost Shaw to injury United earlier in the season would have lost that game so credit where it's due for pulling the win out of the bag.

We’ve got some players there that actually care and it’s making a difference. Fair play to McT also, never been a fan but he’s never complained and he’s coming on and making a difference. You can’t ask for more than that.

Does anyone know if he is still shaking in Aston Villa dressing room?

Douglas Luiz should phone up Pardew and compare notes about wanky dances and how they come back to bite your arse.

Delighted with that win.

Just a huge huge result. Need to keep this run up with some favourable fixtures coming up (bar the derby).

That's the definition of a "Smash and Grab." SAF is smiling after that win.

- Garnacho is becoming a leader. See how he came back a couple of times and almost demanded the ball?
- Defense was fantastic and a bit lucky.
- Hojlund and Mainoo were good. Bruno, Rashford and Cas were okay.
- That second goal was so mature. We probed, probed, kept possession, probed and bam!

I was ready to lose and just say we don't deserve top 4. Maybe, just maybe.

Battling win. Played poorly for large parts of the game again, we allow so many shots against us it's scary.

But, there were some good signs too... we saw Onana make some proper saves today, Hojlund kept his sequence going, and there was a decent balance to the team as well.

Zeroed the GD too

Great win but typical shite performance against a semi decent team, no control and hanging on for the last hour

Big three points, but we seriously need to be better at controlling a game when we're in the lead. We're way too eager to get the next goal.

Great result! An underwhelming performance once again, but it’s a massive boost to our top 5 hopes and our good and so far unbeaten start to 2024 has continued. I always love to see Højlund on the scoresheet, that’s his 6th in 7 games and it means that he’s scored in 5 consecutive games. He’s really found his scoring boots now.
Hojlunds goals have ZERO to do with his form. Its a combination of his teammates finally passing the ball to him and a bot of luck with loose balls in the penalty area.

Alright performance at times, great result. Difficult place to win and we won so I'm very happy about that.

Onana had his best game for us. Maguire and Varane were very good. Dalot made some excellent interventions. Mainoo continues to be a natural in midfield.

On the other hand, the first half Casemiro looked about 45 years old and Fernandes had no impact whatsoever. Luckily it didn't matter in the end.

Absolutely chuffed with 3 points but my god we are horrific at managing games. Best part of 50 attempts from 2 games for opposition, at no matter how much you try to bury your head in the sand, that one stat is inescapable of the issues we have under ETH.

Great win. Not exactly a vintage performance but we've finally got an away against a top 5/6 team so I'm not complaining.

Just relieved we finally won away to a good side. Been a ridiculous run to go over 18 months without a win against a top 9 side. Now just gotta push on.

Really hope Shaw's injury isn't anything big and he's fine for next week.

Karma for Aston Villa with their diving and all round sh*thousery. Incredible result but the performance was very bad in the 2nd half. Onana with his first really De Gea type of performance.

The team performance was 2 steps back from the West Ham game, maybe because Martinez is our only centerback who can progress the ball swiftly from the defence to the midfield and forwards. We have some winnable games now and hopefully we can keep this streak going!
