We bossed them around for 70 minutes. They bossed us around for 5. Henderson with a total mare. Pogba and Rashford great. Martial finally showing some good stuff.

We concede a stupid goal early, and the corner for their second was... not a corner.

Well deserved win, with some brilliant stuff on display at times. 10 straight away wins in the league. Onwards and upwards.

Shows we are a one player team. Went to shit once Bruno went off. Hoofball out of defence. Good points we are 6th and another away win.

Decent performance for two thirds of the game, nervy finish. Team played well on the whole.

One of our best performances this season but Sheffield's tactics were suicidal. Ball over the top and we were in. WTF was that?

Valuable 3 points. Onwards.

Glad Ole had a pop at Wilder for those persistent, cynical challenges.

Still very unconvincing, we haven't had a single assured win this season in the league but the quality and resilience of this team is really impressive (some of the stuff we played on the break was terrific) and inexplicably we're in a good position.

I've generally enjoyed Jon Champion and Ally McCoist together but McCoist spent an awful lot of the game trying to start "interesting" debates about whether our players meant to do things when it's not interesting or relevant.

Another comeback! Rashford was great. Sloppy win but three points nonetheless. Worth a lot when all other top teams dropped points.

A win hides a lot of cracks in the team again. Lot of places to improve.

Good game for Rashford, Bruno and Pogba. Martial could have had a hat trick with the chances he had.

If we win the game we have in hand over all the other top 6 sides, we'll be in 2nd place. Can't believe that's reality given how rocky this season has been. The league is absurdly close this year. Eight points between 1st and 10th place.

Very slow start as usual, played well for 50 minutes, awful last 20 mins. 3 points is what matters but I'd still love a Ole sacking for Christmas. We are too slow and lethargic in general. Positives, Martial looks like he is coming back, Bruno didn't have to carry us for once, Pogba kept things ticking and I thought AWB was much better compared to how he has been lately. I'm very nervous for Leeds at home.

The lads did well tonight, cannot do more than win, and that's what they did, counter- attack brilliant.

It was very much us this season, summed up in one game. At points, beautiful football. At other points, ridiculous and stupid mistakes. Could have scored 6, almost conceded 3.

Game management seriously needs looking at. Should have tightened things up for that last 10. Can't be hanging on and letting teams back in like that.

The build up play for our 3rd goal was something special.
Our defending at corners is beyond a joke though

This was my post in the match thread, can you say Nostromadus?

"We have awesome individuals but also by far the worst manager in the league. We"lll see how this goes.
We likely concede early and then win in the 2nd half. 3:2 United."

Hanging on there when we should have won 4-1 or 5-1.

Still 3 points is 3 points.

McGoldrick cant score for shit and scores against us. Twice.

A slow start and two goalkeeping blunders. Will we ever not concede first? 2nd one might be a bit harsh to call a blunder, but he should have come out for it.

They are currently the worst performing team in PL history, and they gave us a tight game. Should have blown them away. We surely could have, but we just stopped playing after the 3rd goal.

Scoreline flattered them, but we need to be doing better.

Bar a shambolic start and a jammy late goal, that was a pretty strong performance from the team. Rashford was in his element and Pogba was also very good tonight. Henderson is a potentially very good keeper but he has a long way to go yet. All in all a good 3 points and onto a big one on Sunday.

As bad as advertised were Sheffield. We on the other hand have self confidence (the lack of celebration for the equaliser was telling) and then we exhibited arrogance in not striving hard enough to put them to the sword.

It's deja vu all over again. Start a game horribly, turn the result around, waste couple of chances and then find ourselves in a big trouble.
We desperately need a CB

Don't know why Henderson is getting the blame for their second goal, and the first has mitigating circumstances.

Have to question oles subs there, bringing on 2 slow and weak players as impact subs? Bit odd.

we are such a frustrating team, capable of world class goals and absolutely shocking misses and defending at the same time

Glad we beat SHUN and we're one game-in-hand win from going 2nd (and two points off the top of the table)

If we can beat SHUN we can beat anyone

Poor start and then comfortably the better team for the majority of the match. Felt we should have killed it off with a 4th and a little wobble at the end. Not a great performance but got the job done. We need to be better against Leeds on Sunday.

Pretty decent performance and an important three points. We recover yet again from an early setback and we looked pretty dangerous up front, thanks largely to MOM Rashford.

It was clear we'd settled at 3-1. Henderson with a bad error. Welcome to United. You cant do that here son.

Thats now 10 straight away league wins. 5 wins and a draw from our last 6 games. Any chance we can knock the Ole out talk on the head for a few days?

A weird game. Some very nice football and several great moves result in three goals for us but there was so much that poor from us that needs to be improved. The win, and another comeback win to boot, is very welcome but we need to iron out these individual errors and this poor organisation or we'll come unstuck.

Horrible start to a game yet again. Just once, just once can we start a game on the front foot? Some brilliant counter attacking. Our game management is non existent in fact it's utterly pathetic

You just know the first away game where we score first will be the one we lose.

And it'll be at Anfield too...

Henderson has a shaky game in his 2nd league start for us and people want to bin him. Jesus wept. De Gea was shaky for his first 12 months for us.
you can use the excuse of being at the biggest club in the country, but Henderson has had a full season with Sheffield Utd, DeGea's ropey 12 months, he was still a boy in a totally different league

Henderson for me, has always been Ben Foster 2.0,
