For all the stick which Ibra gets, he was involved in virtually every attack we made.
He was either shooting at goal or creating an opportunity for a team-mate.
He's played better in the last two games, ironically. And the change of formation/his change of role is something that will last a stretch of games; missing a few chances is pretty trivial next to that.

The far post was the obvious choice. Ibra tried to give him the eyes and slot it near post instead. Something Rooney is very good at. The keeper didn't buy it and made a brilliant save. It wasn't a terrible miss by any means. Don't know why people are so worked up about it.
Yeah, he hit it well with some snap, after the 'eyes', and for me it was just an exceptional save from the GK.

Weren't you just a little while back praising Mourinho and saying now with a good manager everything will be fine?
Please correct me if I'm wrong but you seem to have gone the other way rather quickly?
I am confident that Jose is the right man. Absolutely. And only Pep and Ancelotti are in his league.
Have I turned the other way? Nope.
Do I want him sacked. Hell no.
Is he the best manager for the role? Absolutely.

Does that answer your question?

Just how bad does it have to get before poor Michael Carrick is given a chance? I have no idea why Jose would send on Memphis ahead of a dead goat

Arsenal and City, plus probably Spurs, would have stuffed Stoke and will do when they meet
MCFC already put 4 goals past Stoke.
Spurs also put 4 goals past them.
This was only a few weeks back.
