Couldn't find a thread on here so I thought I'd start a new one to discuss this seasons upcoming friendlies. Some friendlies playing this weekend with most English clubs now already back in pre season. Not many friendlies expected to be played this month, most tours are cancelled so some clubs have decided to stay domestic. If you know any upcoming fixtures please post them here.

Premier league teams in action today.

Tottenham v Ipswich 3:00

Blackpool v Everton 3:00

Liverpool v Stuttgart 5:00

Spurs are 2-0 up against Ipswich Town. Sessgnon & Son with the goals. Everton were losing to Blackpool 3-0 after 11 minutes, and now it's 3-2.

Match ended 2:2. Salzburg dominated good parts of the first half. Liverpool came back after both teams used their subs.

Bit of an overreaction on Brewster's goal, was expecting a half volley from 60 yards but he just put it in an empty goal  He looks tidy though, any chance he stays with Liverpool this year and play a part or is he going to go back on another loan ?

Brighton v Chelsea today at 3pm.

Will be the first game in England with fans back (only 2,500, no away fans allowed).

It's going to be free on the Chelsea website to watch live.

It'll obviously be a mish-mash team from Chelsea but Werner and Ziyech should both play.

Same game as the opening fixture. That’s quite a preparation.

I reckon there will be a max of 3 in the starting lineup for Chelsea today who will start the first league game. What with new signings, injuries and a lot of our players self-isolating after holiday I think the only starters we will see today are Azpi, Werner and Ziyech.

Will be strange to have only 2,500 fans in that big stadium all spread out.

So far; Werner has been very busy, running the channels, decent link up and very good instinctive finish for his goal. Ziyech's passing is going to be a joy to watch this season. Wand of a left foot. Brighton are very good in possession.

Penalty to Brighton, Rudiger bundled over Dunk at a Corner.

Willy saves it.

Still 1-0 to Chelsea. A few subs for each team at half-time but Werner and Ziyech both still on.
