I agree there’s no need for the award. But at least understand the fundamental point of it.
Not worth going back and forward about it. If performance Is not the main marker, it’s worthless.

Even in his acceptance, Henderson indicated that it has a bearing on him as a player (team deserves this blah blah blah) so it’s obviously not as clear cut as you might think.

Very tired performance from Spurs today but we did enough. Incidently that was Kane's 14th goal in 19 matches he has played under Mourhino which suggests he will score goals just fine under Jose.
