They will, I've imported Demon's Souls and GOW Collection. PS3 games are region free, just Blu Rays that arent.

Many Blu-rays are region free. There are lists of which are and which aint on t'internet.

Just a bit of advice, most of the time the free download content from the UK Playstation Store wont work with a US version of the game.
