De Gea - Some good stops and safe hands. No chance with their goal. 7.

Jones - alright, though still can't pass. 6.

Rio - pure class. He and Vidic under a lot of pressure but always in the right place. 9

Vidic - likewise. Colossus. 9

Evra - positionally decent and good going forward. 7.

Wellbeck - Messed up on the goal but gives us so much energy going forward. 8.

Cleverley - Really poor, i thought. Sloppy on the ball and never looked comfortale. 5.

Carrick - Solid. 7.

Valencia - Poor at first but more reliable after assist for the second goal. 6.

RVP - What else can you say? Best striker to play for us since Cantona. 10.

8 Although he had nothing to do, he still caught (as opposed to dropped) anything near Bony or Michu, & couldn't be blamed for the goal. Looking very solid.

Jones​

6 Can't pass, terrible in the opposition half. Did a shift at the back but doesn't look comfortable in that position.

Rio​

8.5 Don't understand all this talk about Bony giving him a hard time. Rio was as good as usual. Calming influence.

Vidic
8.5 fecked up everything that came near him. Monster.

Evra
7 Good going forward, wasn't bad at the back, but still looked a little troubled by Dyer & co. Average game.

Welbeck
7.5 Found him to be quite mediocre on the ball (unlike him, he is normally so good with the build up) but two fantastic goals. He really looks the part. Great talent.

Cleverley
5 Sloppy & didn't really wake up. In a midfield two, he is bypassed so easily, & he contributed nothing going forward (strangely).

Carrick
7.5 Was not quite as brilliant as he normally was, but had to do most of Cleverley's work for him, & wasn't given much help. We rely on this guy quite a bit.

Valencia​

7 As usual, worked hard in midfield and defence. Didn't do much of note going forward, but great assist for Welbeck's first. Promising.

Giggs - 6 - worked hard. One good assist. Sloppy in possession

Welbeck - 8 - two very good goals. One Hernandez finish and one Van Persie finish. Awful for Bony goal. Worked tirelessly. Made some great defensive headers.
Van Persie - 9 - motm. Great performance. Did everything perfectly. Two great goals.

Rooney - 8 - clearly wants to leave yet still excellent. If that's the way he plays when unhappy then I don't really care if he is happy or sad.
