Film RoboDoc : The Creation of RoboCop | The Death of Murphy (Preview)

The guys at Dead Mouse Productions have created six hours worth of material on the making of RoboCop, supported by over a hundred interviews with the original cast, crew, director and producers. Currently in editing to condense all the material into a regular feature length runtime. They've released a sneak peek with fifteen minutes of a preview.

Funnily enough I re-watched Robocop 2 the other night and it still doesn't hold a candle to Verhoeven's tonally insane original masterpiece.
Less said about the later films the better.

I loved the movie so much as a 12-year old kid and it was the first movie I ever owned on VHS after I asked for it as a christmas present one year (my parents seemingly unaware that it was an 18 certificate). I so hated the bit where they torture him at the start that I only used to watch it from where they take him to hospital onwards. Must have watched it over 50 times.
