It seems Ole is really struggling with keeping our forward line ticking.
  • Bruno has been overplayed and is struggling with his creativity.
  • Rashford has been overplayed and becomes more individualistic.
  • Martial has been out of form all season and seems to have a mentality issue.
  • Greenwood seems a shadow of the player he was, looks like he is playing out of position even when played as a striker.
  • Mata who is very creative has barely been used and is now out injured.
  • VDB see mata above.
  • Cavani is class but he cannot carry the whole team.

  • These are all great players, most are young, and they seemed to have “gelled” the second half of last season. But instead of Improving they seem to have regressed. Right now, we are all looking at Ole to provide the man management and the answers, but is he really capable of fixing the issues and disfunctionality in our forward line?

They are not all great players.

Mata and VDB are not good enough for this level. VDB might improve in his second year.
You have also listed seven players for four positions in our squad.
That is why we are struggling.

Regardless of whether or not that is a list of 'great' forward players, only one of them can really say he's doing himself and the team justice this season. Crippling to have so many forward/creative players misfiring and looking out of sorts. It's a credit to Bruno that he's fired us to 2nd but the other players need to take up the slack now that he's off it himself.
