Could've been real. I watched the presser against Astana and wanted to hear what he had to say about all the youngsters playing, but som fecking Astana journo kept asking what he thought about the weather. If I wanted to hear about the weather I would talk with my mom.
I miss the LvG days when press conferences were unpredictable and entertaining. Ole is textbook boring.

Nah I wouldn't say they had, but that interview was on Wednesday, when he had only trained 1.5 days with the team (interview probably early-mid day). Ole wouldn't know for sure how Sancho would develop rest of the week so didn't make any promises. Plus Ole is usually intentionally vague about player availability in the days leading up to a match. But people always think the worst of various bits of news coming out.
But they did say specifically that Sancho will not be available for the Leeds match according to Ole, but the quotes from Ole only said that he would not be 100% up and running until a few weeks into the season - which could mean anything.
