I actually have no idea how good of a workout it is. I mean I know it is, but in terms of specifics. I'm playing in a few hours, I'll bring my HRM and log it.
It's basically HIIT training due to the high intensity of a rally (if you play at a certain level in which rallies last a reasonable time) and the 10seconds in between points.
