That's a worrying point for me because so many british strikers/attacking players have excelled at a young age but have not really stepped it up a notch or two subsequently. Kane, Rooney are really outliers in that sense - and Tammy is not there yet and it's not even close.
To sum it up, he had a great start to his Chelsea full-time career, but I would still need to see him play in a second season in that role.
