Here's something you can't often say... Smackdown was the best wrestling TV show of the week.
Reigns has really breathed life into the show.

Yet still highly predictable. Can’t wait till Oatis cashes in on Roman. Here's something you can't often say... Smackdown was the best wrestling TV show of the week.

I remember Sin Cara botching his entrance on his debut,
Was pretty amazing. It was one of those times when clearly it was dangerous but I couldnt help let a chuckle out
Hope hes okay, nasty landingAnother Matt, another botch...
The whole thing was just dumb. From whoever planned that spot, to the execution of it to the continuing after.Oh and for the record, I didnt like them restarting the match to finish Hardy Vs. Sammy. Every moment Matt was on that structure I was just hoping he didnt slip. I'm guessing they felt a need to make sure there was a correct finish because Hardy had said he'd leave if he lost, but the match getting X'd I'm sure nobody would have expected him to leave, just redo the match when everyone is healthy...
Christ.. they finished the match AFTER he hit his head in the clip above?Oh and for the record, I didnt like them restarting the match to finish Hardy Vs. Sammy. Those bachelors, master and PHD coming in handy.Xavier Woods the smartest for not using his real name anyway
They stopped for like 4 mins, looking like it was finished and they didnt know what to do. Then suddenly Sammy came out again and they went straight to the finish, which was climbing up the lighting grid and Matt knocking Sammy off and him not getting up for the 10 countChrist.. they finished the match AFTER he hit his head in the clip above?
Wrestlers really are too brave and proud for their own good a lot of the time, but surely somebody should’ve stepped in and stopped that from happening. Work it into an angle if you must... The clip of him falling is very scary
Most of the time he sounds like he doesn't want to be thereJR is a relic. A tired old boring pervy relic. AEW need to dump him.

Vince also got asked to join DX? and his famous "id rather join dubya see dubya..."The best thing AEW can do is don't acknowledge the competition. Vince did that in the 90s with WCW, while WCW acted like the noisy neighbour tooting their horn. I know that there is some strategy in that because AEW is smaller than WWE that they can afford to take a cheeky dig here and there at WWE because WWE is the evil empire so to speak, but if you're going to do it, be clever about it (make it a low-key thing) and don't do it constantly.
From memory, the only two times I remember WCW got acknowledged on WWF in the 90s was the D-X Invasion of a WCW event which built into their gimmick, and Jim Cornette basically doing shoot monologues on Raw about how shit WCW and WWF were, which built into his 'southern 80s rasslin' background and which fed into a short-lived and ultimately failed NWA faction in WWF.

I said WWF mentioning/referencing WCW, not the other way around. Are you serious?
JR is WWE's main commentator. This is WCW's response
Madusa is WWE womens champion. Her contract expires while she still has the belt. WCW sign her and have her take the WWF belt on live tv for this
How about spoiling WWF's pay per view result because it was pre-taped and WCW was live. They thought this would tank WWF's rating, but actually it went up
Seems like every couple of pages someone suggests WCW and WWF never used to mention each other. They more than mentioned each other, all the time. That was the entire war was childish stupid stuff making fun of each other and pretending each other were crap promotions not worth watching.
I said WWF mentioning/referencing WCW, not the other way around.
WCW made reference to WWF as frequently as most people change their underwear.
WCW late 90s - tearing up script day of show, sometimes not finishing script till after the show has started.Better matches
Better booking
Using young talent
WCW 99 and on was trash
Aew isn't
What young talent? All leading wrestlers are ex-wwe. The ex-indie guys are all horrible. And what better booking and matches? All mud show crap. Even more backward than WWE. AEW is awful.Better matches

How is that WWE now. Please give some examples.WCW late 90s - tearing up script day of show, sometimes not finishing script till after the show has started.
Thats WWE now.
Because of that storylines often dont make sense, or just dissappear entirely and theres not much continuity.
All the guys in the top spots in AEW are ex-WWE....????? Ambrose and Rhodes are near 40. Kenny Olivieri must be mid 40s. Jericho is 50 at least. Who are the new young stars!?!Also WCW had "old timers" who Vince had decided were past it at 40 years old, WCW's success came with taking those guys.
Who is the company that has all the older guys on top now? WWE
AEW is making new, young stars.
Someone's a Cornette fan. What young talent? All leading wrestlers are ex-wwe. The ex-indie guys are all horrible. And what better booking and matches? All mud show crap. Even more backward than WWE. AEW is awful.
