Was pretty amazing. It was one of those times when clearly it was dangerous but I couldnt help let a chuckle out
Thunder Rosa Vs. Shida was a good match. Rosa honestly looked great
Honestly Zack Ryder stands out like a sore thumb. He looks far too WWE for the AEW roster at the moment - all about his look, slow and plodding speed and cartoonish movements
Good AEW PPV not a great one like 90% of their PPVs. Kinda wish the main event went the other way and as mentioned, some unintentional moments in previous matches detrracted from them. Was pleasantly surprised with the womens match though, one of the best in AEW so far for sure.
Oh and for the record, I didnt like them restarting the match to finish Hardy Vs. Sammy. Every moment Matt was on that structure I was just hoping he didnt slip. I'm guessing they felt a need to make sure there was a correct finish because Hardy had said he'd leave if he lost, but the match getting X'd I'm sure nobody would have expected him to leave, just redo the match when everyone is healthy...
The whole thing was just dumb. From whoever planned that spot, to the execution of it to the continuing after.
In 2020 I really don't need Matt Hardy falling off things.

Wrestlers really are too brave and proud for their own good a lot of the time, but surely somebody should’ve stepped in and stopped that from happening. Work it into an angle if you must... The clip of him falling is very scary

They stopped for like 4 mins, looking like it was finished and they didnt know what to do. Then suddenly Sammy came out again and they went straight to the finish, which was climbing up the lighting grid and Matt knocking Sammy off and him not getting up for the 10 count

Didn't even bother watching it. Funnily enough I had a feeling that someone was gonna get injured last night. Not surprised it was Matt. Sammy and Darby are doing some dangerous shit which I get because they're young and feel invincible but the older crowd should not be trying to compete with them.
Hopefully they tone the spots down from now on and concentrate on the wrestling. Keep it in the ring ffs. Best match they've done was Bucks Vs Omega & Page and that didn't rely on silly spots. They need to pick them better.
Just watched it, thought it an ok show 2 tag matches very good and women’s title match also decent. Rest was ok. The botched and Hardy hit really took the momentum out of it. Poorly handle by them.
Tony Khan and Cody don’t take criticism well at all. I think AEW needs to tone down the WWE shots too. It makes people compare and AEW needs to distance it’s self from WWE.

AEW however got great talent that are not former WWE guys. MJF, Page, Sammy, Perry are defo four guys that need to have the company built around them. 2 heels and 2 faces.

Which Wrestling company takes critisism well? WWE are extremely restrictive with everything to the point where they dismiss everything outside of WWE as not mattering.
What AEW can say is that they have listened to the fans and changed along the way. Several things that were complained about at one point or another were changed. Examples being all the EVP's being champ - that was said before the company started, and they all put other people over at the start - possibly at the detriment of the company because really people would have wanted to see Omega at his best in main events. So they couldnt win with that one really. Then there was "everyone is small" so they signed a bunch of big guys and Dynamite had a couple of big man squash matches every week.
WWE just ignores what people say. I dont know about NJPW because I dont know whats said about them in Japanese, but English critisism certainly never changes anything.

The best thing AEW can do is don't acknowledge the competition. Vince did that in the 90s with WCW, while WCW acted like the noisy neighbour tooting their horn. I know that there is some strategy in that because AEW is smaller than WWE that they can afford to take a cheeky dig here and there at WWE because WWE is the evil empire so to speak, but if you're going to do it, be clever about it (make it a low-key thing) and don't do it constantly.
From memory, the only two times I remember WCW got acknowledged on WWF in the 90s was the D-X Invasion of a WCW event which built into their gimmick, and Jim Cornette basically doing shoot monologues on Raw about how shit WCW and WWF were, which built into his 'southern 80s rasslin' background and which fed into a short-lived and ultimately failed NWA faction in WWF.

Four of the last five matches in AEW All out were really good. That 8 man tag match had no place on the PPV though imo. Kinda outta place and probably should have been on the preshow. Probably was the worst AEW PPV but that could be due to circumstances as well as it wasnt bad either.
They need to find a way to put more mics near the crowd so it sounds more electric, or how AEW PPVs used to be.
The Matt Sydal one botch was unlucky cos weve seen him hit it so many times. The Matt Hardy thing was nonsense. He doesnt need to be doing stuff like this at his age (it was mistimed / miscalculated). But they had a perfect cut off place when Aubrey rang the bell. Just call it a no-contest. Have Sami brag how he ended Matt for a few weeks, then have a rematch and Matt wins that, especially since they restarted it just to go straight to the ending.
Weird how the doctor cleared Matt.
I think the worst thing on the show however which wasnt mentioned cos he got away with it was Darby Allins elimination in the body bag. That was probably the most dangerous thing on the show whereas the other two were mishaps / mistakes. This was stupid imo. Some of these people need to be saved from themselves.

WCW late 90s - tearing up script day of show, sometimes not finishing script till after the show has started.
Thats WWE now.
Because of that storylines often dont make sense, or just dissappear entirely and theres not much continuity.
Also WCW had "old timers" who Vince had decided were past it at 40 years old, WCW's success came with taking those guys.
However their problem was never pushing up the young talent to be on their level. Thats why the likes of Jericho, Benoit and Eddie Guerrero who all had great matches in the midcard decided to leave and went to WWF. And eventually people got bored of the same guys all the time.
Who is the company that has all the older guys on top now? WWE
AEW is making new, young stars.
What young talent? All leading wrestlers are ex-wwe. The ex-indie guys are all horrible. And what better booking and matches? All mud show crap. Even more backward than WWE. AEW is awful.
