Pretty amazing how many academy players have been given opportunities from Borthwick-Jackson, Fosu-Mensah, Januzaj and now the likes of Greenwood, Gomes and Chong.

My list:

1) Rashford
2) McTominay
3) Tuanzebe
4) Pereira
5) Lingard

That's it for now I guess. Tuanzebe barely played to put him in such list, Greenwood, Chong and Gomes still have jury on, Periera has been inconsistent and Lingard has been crap for 90% of his time.

You could chuck Dean Henderson in there but he's barely played for us. Pereira just misses out but he's got time to change that.

I think he should count, he's done well in the lower leagues and albeit not at United he has been a great prospect post SAF era.

0. Pogba

3. Tuanzebe
4. Andreas Pereira
5. Lingard (down the pecking order)
6. Januzaj (did so well debut season)

The others are not enough yet (TFM, Dean), failed (Wilson and many more) or too new (Greenwood, Chong, Garner).

How does Tuanzebe make some people's list with less than 20 apps for united?

Pogba did indeed play under Fergie.

1. Rashford
2. Scott
3. Lingard
4. Adnan
5. Andrea's

Although, not quite top level talent, it's amazing to still be able to see how many ex academy players are now at decent clubs.

Edit. How many people would trade Lingard for Januzaj in January, if it we an option?

Pogba played under Fergie so doesn't count. Apart from him only McT. Rashford is not much of a talent, good player though.

McT is a talent, but Rashford who already has 50 goals for the club, isn't? Logical.
In my opinion Rashford is a limited player, has good burst of pace which takes him goal scoring positions, but he is awkwardly very right footed to the extent that it hinders his goal scoring abilities. In my opinion McT is Carrick level talent if not Busquets and would go on to have similar impact for our club.

Tuanzebe, Greenwood haven't played enough games to include them.
