Tonight at 19:00 BST at Old Trafford. Despite the club saying earlier this week that the match would not be live on MUTV, it apparently is after all.

Looks like we've signed our ex-keeper Jacob Carney as an emergency option after he got released from Sunderland earlier this summer.

Great to see Harrison get responsibility at U21 level.

I would prefer to see McTominay instead of Hannibal. And then Hannibal available tomorrow!

Brilliant turn and pass from Hansen-Aarøen, Mejía cuts it back but Forson’s shot is cleared off the line.

Good composure from Jurado in the box, nice pass for Ogunneye who forces the Leeds defense to another goal line clearance.

We’ve actually been decent so far apart from the defending early on.

Hannibal’s been brilliant, as he should at this level. Mejía & Forson struggling to create enough considering the amount of touches they’ve had inside the box. Especially Mejía.

I do wonder how they manage to get themselves up for these games after they've played men's football for a season
Some haven’t and their careers have gone downwards. It’s a test of their mental capacity and so far Hannibal’s passing it.

Poor balls in the final third. Need to see better from Mejia, Hansen and Jurado when they get the chance to find a forward

Says a lot about his character. He has technical skills and with good attitude he will make it at top level

Collyer has had a great finish to the half
He’s good at winning the ball back and doesn’t shy away from challenges but his passing, both in terms of quality and decisions needs to improve. Against Palace he stuck to basics and kept the ball moving with simple passes, perhaps his best performance in a United shirt.

As a stand alone half, an entertaining watch with us playing some good stuff and just lacking with the final ball / finish. And Hannibal has been great to watch yet again.

However, as a continuation of a running theme, very frustrating again just how wasteful we are at U21 level and how much more clinical the opposition are most matches.

Yeap. Emeran on the right wing and Leeds would be behind at the break. Jurado’s left foot is not great. I like the fact that he makes so many runs to the box and supports the attacks but as you said the final ball has been mainly disappointing.

Yeah I like him at right back, hasnt worked so far on the left. On the right he impresses me with his pass selection and involvement in team passing moves to progress us. Hasnt happened on the left

Good play by Hansen-Aarøen, Hannibal’s effort from inside the box goes wide. Should’ve made the keeper work there.

Good, constant pressure from United. In the end it’s Gore whose finish goes wide.

Hope Williams gets a decent amount of minutes tonight. Surely an improvement on Mejía.

Hansen-Aarøen with another good run with the ball, cuts it back to Gore who can’t find the angle and the shot goes wide.

0-2 now - we have no business losing this game, but their forwards are a lot more decisive

They ripped through our defense.
Funny because that’s typically the type of goals the first team concedes as well

Mentioned at HT how it was a good watch but a recurring theme that teams are just more clinical than us at this level. Start of the 2nd half we miss another about 4 good chances, and Leeds go down the other end and score with their first bloody chance!

That’s the downside of having your fullbacks in the opponent box when you attack.

Completely against the run of play, but this is a theme that continues with our U21s. Fail to finish off any of those good chances and hand out easy goals.
