United are back! (but are probably going to lose) seemed like a long week without a game.

Amad playing with the 23s again

United's lineup:

Chelsea's lineup:

That looks like our strongest attacking lineup. I'm expecting Amad to play up front as he has played up front for Atalanta's youth sides on occasions. Our midfield looks like it's there for the taking; Helm's the only one who offers some sort of defensive solidity, and that's mostly due to his work rate. I'm hoping for Nathan Bishop to perform than last time, when he looked like he wasn't interested in playing the match.

EDIT: Never mind; Hannibal's actually playing up front. That's an interesting move.

off to a bad start

Amad being kept off the pitch due to breach of dress rules - the match has started without him while he fixes himself.

Chelsea striker potentially offside for their goal, potentially Williams playing in onside though - difficult to tell from the camera angle.

Lucky finish after being tackled and deflecting back and dribbling over the goal line.

Chelsea score an incredibly lucky goal. Peart-Harris was all open in front of the net but took way too much time to let out a shot. By the time he did, Brandon Williams put in a challenge and got the ball, but the ball deflected towards goal and spun into the net fortuitously. Nathan Bishop wasn't ready for that at all as he sprawled but failed to get a hand on the ball.

I have to say referee is quite a weirdo)))

Chelsea GK is sent off.
Surely, we now need to win this game.

Wow, this is incredible. Chelsea's keeper Lucas Bergström is sent off for handling the ball outside of the box! I thought that he'd get a yellow for that as a final warning especially since he wasn't trying to use his hands outside the box.

Was wondering what someone had to do to get sent off in one of these games. Was expecting it to take a proper Keane/Haaland hatchet job.

Chelsea are a better organised team. Have adjusted well to being a man down. This is probably our worst midfield in fairness. Cant get Elanga into the game at all

Don't be ridiculous. Of course it would be nothing to do with player safety and everything to do with an accidental infraction of an arbitrary rule.

Lovely control and finish with three players on top of him, that.

Good goal. That half turn was made easy by the pass.
