Should never be a pen though. He's used his arm for leverage to jump up for the initial header, attacker has headed it from a yard away and it's hit his hand. It's genuinely beneficial to defenders now to not have arms. It's a joke now.

He will be an awesome player and someone we should be looking to replace Matic.
The problem is their possession. Getting hounded around by England's pressing without sufficient movement to offer options to stretch the play and relieve pressure. So they lose the ball deep in midfield and then even the best defense in the world looks bad, when the opposition can just run at your backline with acres of space behind them to exploit.
