Nice one lads, enjoyed that this week and great to hear Colm and Craig back on duty!

Thought the game on Saturday was fantastic, great goals scored and a brilliant atmosphere. Varane unveiling beforehand was genius too. Thought Pogba and Bruno were mint on Saturday, and some excellent performances too from McT, Lindelof and Greenwood to boot. Would say that the Greenwood goal was my favourite but theirs was a belter like lol!

Think we will win 3-1 on Sunday, with Sancho and Greenwood on the scoresheet.

I don't think we will win the league either but I view this season for us as being the one where we run whoever wins it very close and then get the job done next season. Whatever happens, I think it will be extremely exciting. I love this group of players and already looking forward to every match coming, long may it continue.

What did you listeners think, enjoy the pod and agree with the lads?

It always is a good listen but Nicks sound quality was a little like when I have a long-distance mobile phone call with my Dad in New Zealand.

Brilliant start to the season but still concerned about our midfield depth in the big six games and when facing the low block, how do you guys think we should go about combatting that problem if we don't sign a midfielder which looks the likely outcome

Agreed on the need for a deeper midfielder but I'm hoping the addition of Sancho and using the ball more sensibly allows us to find it easier this time around. Ole has acknowledged that not every game calls for a McT combination and just playing one of them, encouraging the team to get on the front foot, should help too.

But I would like to see another deeper midfielder added. Seeing what happens with VdB this season will be of interest too.
