Imran is joined on a mission of mercy by Colm and Jamie to put United's hideous FA Cup exit at Leicester to bed as soon as possible. The terrible goals conceded, the baffling calls in the dugout and the hopeless performances on the pitch are all dissected, before the lads consider the bigger picture of where this setback leaves Ole and his squad as the season enters its final furlong.

Ye pretty terrible day at the office - I expected the worst when I saw the team sheet vs a fresh and full strength Leicester

VdB is becoming a major worry now, show his intelligence with the dummy for the goal but has offered very little in general in his last few starts - I agree thats hes not a No10, not in Ole's system anyway.

Obviously Im still backing Ole and think he deserves a contract extention but squad management is his major weakness still - there needed to be more of a balance between the teams that started at Milan and Leicester to have any hope of getting through both ties

Does he still deserve it if we mess up Europa League and don't just assume we are going to beat Granada looking at how arrogantly we took that Istanbul game and certainly Roma/Ajax are going to be pushovers in a semi final either. I can't help feeling that rewarding someone with top 4 is very Arsenal under Wenger and we should have higher standards.

Depends on the details - if we finish 2nd then it is 'progress' and I've seen enough improvement in squad and style to give Ole more time
Reality is that we haven't finished Top4 twice in a row since 2013 so higher standard are all relative

True but you have to admit Leicester & Chelsea collapsed after lockdown last season and that let us in

I had a dream tonight where we were level on 2 goals with Granada at the 75th minute mark. Can't believe United are struggling even in my dreams.

Something to think about troops...

Is there anything you want to ask the podders or a question you want to hear us discuss on the next episode? (cue Dr. Dre music)

Appreciate the next won't be for another week and a half, but if there is something you would like to hear us discuss drop a line in this thread or give me a message and we can get them compiled.

Cheers troops!
