Prem Clubs Major Cup Finals & Wins (2013–2025)
The Premier League has been an unobtainable challenge for us since Sir Alex retired, with us averaging 25 points away from the winners. Many of those seasons we've been 30+ points off including this one at 40+. But given the 100+ charges against City who've monopolized the league I wanted to take a different perspective and look at Cup Finals and cup trophies.
If you broaden the lens, yes, Manchester United has struggled immensely, but we have had a fair number of bright spots including 8 cup finals in 12 seasons and tied second for wins behind City.
1) Manchester City
10 Finals & 7 Wins
FA Cup (2019, 2023), EFL Cup (2014, 2016, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021), UEFA Champions League (2023)
2) Chelsea
9 Finals & 5 Wins
EFL Cup (2015), FA Cup (2018), UEFA Europa League (2019), UEFA Champions League (2021), UEFA Conference League (2025)
2) Manchester United
8 Finals & 5 Wins
FA Cup (2016, 2024), EFL Cup (2017, 2023), UEFA Europa League (2017)
4) Liverpool
7 Finals & 4 Wins
FA Cup (2022), EFL Cup (2022, 2024), UEFA Champions League (2019)
5) Arsenal
3 Finals & 2 Wins
FA Cup (2014, 2015, 2017)
6) Tottenham Hotspur
3 Finals & 1 Win
UEFA Europa League (2025)

Manchester United is still a GREAT and SUCCESSFUL CLUB. But the financial uncertainty and continued investment missteps from a concerning ownership group could change things fast. It's not all hopeless but this next season is immense.
I choose to be positive.
