There are many names. You can call it whatever you want :)
The reason I bring it up is because this is a specific tactical concept that is applied all over the pitch, from buildup to final pass. To reduce it to "what a fluid front 3" oversimplifies it and makes it easy to dismiss it as Messi, Eto'o and Henry just being great players, when actually similar concepts are nowadays applied at all kinds of teams.

Great example of El Classico game, with some decent commentary. Notice how Messi, Eto'o and Henry alter positions to constantly strech RM's defense, creating spaces and then running or crossing into those spaces.

There is truly world of difference between what these guys are doing and the very predictable, repeatable, and futile attempts of Martial - Rashford - James trio. Obviously Messi, Eto'o and Henry were the best of the best, but you can notice it is not just about our trio lacking fundamental skills, we have enough basic skills for the kinds of teams we usually play, it's the situational awareness and tactical thinking that is very poor.

Our attacking guys need some intense coaching to develop their footballing intelligence, it's not just the mechanics of good passing and sharp shooting that is lacking. And they need it now.
Beyond the already-mentioned ridiculousness of using a Messi-Henry-Eto video as a stick to beat our forwards with (in any way,) that video is incredibly annoying with the frequent pauses. It sounds like a constantly re-buffering stream.

It's only a stick in your imagination. And the point is not to beat anybody up, the point was to demonstrate what a well executed version looks like. You are not going to demonstrate anything by having a weak team do it, of course you should watch how the best are doing it. Why is it such a hard concept to fathom? Nobody is beating anybody, calm down.

You know and I know - we both know - that it was a silly, ridiculous decision to post a video that plays like an illegal stream from the mid-2000s. We all make mistakes - the key is to learn from them.

The video shows that team will play great when there are world class quality players in every department especially in attack & midfield. Not a good comparison to used on our team, we are way behind in quality.

Klopp's Liverpool team is probably the best example to used how the manager can turn players who initially rely on pace into top class or world class trio even with non top midfield quality. And the manager will need time to coach the players.
