Was having a chat with a few mates down the local this afternoon about how many grounds in England we've been to. I've always been interested in trying to attempt the 92 challenge one season but have never got round to it. I have been to a fair few though..

Premier League

Arsenal
Chelsea
Crystal Palce
Everton
Leicester
Liverpool
Tottenham
West Brom
West Ham (Upton Park)

Championship

Birmingham
Brentford
Derby
Ipswich
Nottingham
QPR

League One

Charlton
Coventry
Peterborough
Sheffield United
Southend

League Two

Barnet
Colchester
Doncaster
Leyton Orient
Portsmouth
Yeovil

26/92

What about you guys?

I'm not even going to bother doing the "by league" thing. It's a pretty sad list.

Man United
Shrewsbury Town (old and new)
Telford
Walsall
West Brom
Wolverhampton (these still count if we've only been to concerts at them, right?)

Old Trafford
Main Road
new Wembley
Villa Park
Emirates
The Real St James Park
Home Park
Selhurst Park (to see united wimbledon)
Brentfords shit ground
Millenium Stadium (AKA Wales shit ground)

That is it. Feck all really.

Manchester United
Maine Road
Reebok/Macron
Gigg Lane
Mestalla
Bernabeau (tour only)

and a couple of shitty non-league ones (FCUM away games)

Old Trafford
Villa Park
Hawthorns
Bernabeau
Nou Camp

Old Trafford & Bernabeau are genuinely great stadiums. Nou Camp is the biggest let down (the football was great though).

Olympiastadion München
Allianz Arena
Parc de Princes
Antalya Arena

Pretty poor record so far. As soon as i can afford to pay "holiday money" to watch a football game (soon), Old Trafford will stand there as well. Not only once

Old Trafford
Emirates
White Hart Lane

Not a record to shout home about.

Clubs:

United
Spurs
City
Fulham
Hull

Also national stadia:

Wembley
Stade de France
Laugardalsvollur (Iceland)

And also been to the Emirates but not for a match, and I'm done a tour of the Camp Nou.

I had a chance to go to Highbury when I was a teenager but refused to since we were feuding with Arsenal at the time and while I can't remember the opposition, it was home banker so it was the last thing I wanted, but I regret that decision now - rare sign of maturity maybe? :D

Old Trafford
Villa Park
Hawthorns
Bernabeau
Nou Camp

I was amazed at what a concrete monster Nou Camp is. Cool the way it and the Bernabeu have sunken pitches, so are so much bigger than they look. The sides are so steep inside too, it's incredible.
Saw a Messi hattrick too:drool:

Not much to brag about.
Old Trafford
Anfield
Stamford Bridge
Elland Road
Wembley
Camp Nou
Stadio Olimpico
...and FC Uniteds ground before they moved to Broadhurst Park

I've been to a few in the Premier League and Championship.

Emirates
Old Trafford
Bet365 Stadium/Britannia
Hawthornes

Birmingham
Brentford
Bristol City
Burton Albion
Derby County
Rotherham

MK Dons

Crawley Town
Exeter City
Cheltenham Town

Going to the Camp Nou this year, I need to see Messi live before he retires.

It's quite a tough challenge to do at all, but i'm sure some guy did it in a season or something? Incredible.

I'm up to 39/92, and I really can't remember if I did Watford which would have given me 40!

Supporting Wycombe as well as United helps, as you can really up the numbers with a firm away support for a season. 2 years ago for instance I did 16 aways that season. So much easier when your team are doing well, and quite a few of the grounds are fresh to you.

I guess the key to the 92 is maximising. For instance, this season, Wycombe played at Hartlepool on the Sat, and United at Middlesboro on the Sunday. When are you ever going to get timing like that again? I bottled it in the end, as didn't fancy the expense and made 500mile round trip, but that's the sort of double header you'd need to look into.

Also, teams moving ground/falling out of the league.

I'd done Highbury, Filbert Street (Leicester), Elm Park (Reading), The Manor Ground (Oxford), Edgar Street (Hereford), and no doubt a few others. I've replaced the first 4 with their new grounds.

That was my thinking for my first nou camp game. He had probably his worst performance in years and missed a 95th minute penalty v Sevilla and it finished 1-1

Basically watch United and the odd match when in London. Anfield was for my dad's 60th, as both he and my brother support Liverpool. I'd like to go to lower league games when I go to London next time.

Ali Semi Yeni is one I'd love to watch a game in preferably against Fenerbache.

Other bucket list one is Bombanera for Boca-River. I'd love to have gone to the old San Mames and seen a game at Vicente Calderon but impossible now. Mestalla was always a stadium I loved on telly especially when Valencia were a force in the champions league.

Sad to confess here but never been to OT, have never known how to get tickets. Sad state of affairs.

Have seen footall in:

Stamford Bridge
Craven Cottage
Wembley
Ashton Gate
Broadfield / Check a Trade Stadium.

Have visited:

Camp Nou
La Bernabeau
Allianz Arena
Olympic Stadium Munich
Olympic Stadium Berlin

I'm Canadian so my list isn't impressive. I saw United at Old Trafford 6 times including being there for Ronaldo's debut against Bolton.

I also saw us against Madrid (Ann Arbor) and Celtic (SkyDome). I saw Brazil and Sweden group stage game in the 94 World Cup in Detroit and Brazil vs Argentina in New Jersey where Messi scored a hat trick.

I've been to stadiums in the National League, but Craven Cottage is still by far the worst
