Who will be United's 2018 Summer saga? (And favourite past saga memories)

I find a Summer saga quite entertaining. A guilty pleasure, like a soap opera.

• A reliable journalist saying we're in for him.
• "Good luck in Manchester" written on a football
• "Pogba" written on a tactics board
• A player following United on Twitter or Instagram

So who will this years be? (Still just over 2 months to go, so it could be a new name) and also what's your favourite memory from any saga? I quite liked last year when Perisic stood miles away from his teammates.

A whole 2 weeks and we haven’t signed anybody! This happens every year, we’re always linked with a number of players most of which don’t come off.

For his faults, moving swiftly in the transfer market isn’t one of Jose’s flaws. He’s decisive and typically gets his business done early so I think they’ll be some movement very soon.

As for who the saga will be, I think it’ll be spread across a few lower key players which isn’t a bad thing.

Agreed, we need players that are solid in their position rather than any superstar signings.

That being said, I am a huge transfer muppet and when a saga really gets going I get all giddy inside with excitement

Alexis was a good saga actually. I weekend it was really kicking off I was in Valencia with my friends so I left my phone in the hostel and checked the updates when we got back and finally when we were on the coach going home he was announced.

This means that for me I associate Alexis with me being in Valencia with my friends so i'm bona-fide fan boy for that reason alone. Although I pray that he somehow picks up in the 2nd season.
