This is so good to see, haven't seen this from a United side in a long time.

Hopefully a sign of things to come for the rest of the season. Wolves haven't held possession for longer than 5 seconds. Let's hope we can keep this up.

Having Mata, Matic, Lukaku and Young nowhere near the starting XI really contributes to this. Hope fitness levels are good enough for this to be a persistent factor throughout the season.

This was pretty good. Total dominance and didn't allow them stringing two passes together.

Daniel James is freakin rapid. even when he loses possession he gets it right back or forces mistakes by opponents. Imagine if Herrera was still at United. We'd be a great pressing team

We're standing on the halfway line picking up the pieces. Wolves haven't the pace to get behind us.

The most impressive thing about it is how quickly we transition back to attack when we retrieve the ball. We are absolutely rapid. Two passes max and we are up on their defence.

Having a solid defence also helps. As soon as threat grows McGuire and AWB just win it back easy

Catching them on their heels is great when Pogba's cut through passes aren't there.

It's very promising, isn't it? It probably does mean that we will need to do sensibly rotate certain members of the team/squad, since playing a pressing game demands more physically from the players. But, it's so good to see the team actually being more proactive in this way.
