1) Pep Guardiola - I firmly believe that he has potential to go as the greatest football manager to have ever lived. His style of game - while at times boring - is unique. One of the few managers who never adapts the game to limit the opponents, but forces opponents to change their game to stop him. In the interviews he looks highly intelligent and is a visionary man (the influence of Guardiola on football - only for 5 years of his work - is greater than of any other active manager). He is also known to be a bit of a cnut and a ruthless person, so despite he is friend with the players, he isn't afraid to make big decisions.
2) Jose Mourinho - In some way the opposite extreme of Guardiola. They have one similarity though, they are born winners and the success is guaranteed under them. Widely known as the biggest cnut on football, he probably isn't as bad considering that all his players would go to war with him. Ruthless as feck, be it for his players, other managers and journos. He's worthy only to see him humiliating Wenger three times a day. The style of football might be a worry though, he is ultra defensive on big matches and pragmatic on the other matches. The best tactician on football.
3) Jurgen Klopp - Probably the manager I adore most. While not near as decorated as those two other guys I mentioned, his style of football is by far the best in the world. He is the best manager on the transfer market and possibly the best coach on football. He can create extremely good teams with only 2 pennies and can win wars against clubs that have three times it finances. A bit of mental though, but very entertaining. Likely the most loyal manager.
4) Luis Van Gaal - One of the most decorated managers in the world. Winning a shitload of trophies with every club he has managed. The best manager in the world when it comes to promoting young players. Plays exciting total football and can improve limited players a lot. On the other side, he is the biggest narcisist on football, but probably with our players being rebelled in the previous regime that is a good thing. My biggest worry is that he underperforms on transfer market. Not a long term choice, 2 years, probably three if we are lucky before he'll be on bad terms with all players, board and the media.
5) Carlo Ancelotti - A very decorated manager who is the master of Uefa Champions League. Has shown on the past that he can operate excellently on a limited budget, and can do as good on a big budget. A true gentleman. With him there isn't a single doubt that all the world will have only good words to say about him. Against him goes that he isn't very good on long competition (only 3 league titles on 15 years of management), and not the greatest when it goes against other great managers.
Honorable metion - Considering that the first three are totally unavailable I would add these three on my list: Marcelo Bielsa (pretty much an even more extreme version of Van Gaal), Diego Simeone (the closest thing we have to Mourinho, while also is intimidating cause he is the head of mafia), and Antonio Conte (a fantastic young manager who hates Champions League - or that competition hates him).
