Played 33 of them, i think the replays of certain games on the list would take it to near 100. I didn't do much except play video games in my last couple of years at school. Really bad.
Can't tell now I'm afraid, switched to laptop off for the night and off to bed. Will try and post the full 500+ list at weekend if I get time though so you can all check it out.

I said this in the nominations thread but I never got into Chrono Trigger but absolutely love Chrono Cross.
I think it's more that I came to it in more recent years long after completing CC and the FFs multiple times.
I probably need to give it another go. How would you compare the two? I know Trigger is almost unanimously considered the better game.
For some reason I always feel bad for Olly. Like I want to waste my student money buying him games rather than waste them on myself. It's not like he's some pauper he just spends money on metal detectors and goes on digging expeditions to try and find old retro gaming treasure.

Surprised at many of the entries, my taste in games must be quite different to most people's... I never played Last Of Us, is it that good to be top 3? And Star Wars... are they very good? Shocked Arkham Asylum didn't hit the list, neither did Sonic 2...
22 of the list... would have been more if I'd ever owned a console other than a PS2 (that I only ever played SSX Tricky on... where is SSX by the way?).
That concludes it then, OoT is officially, by any and all metrics, the best game ever made.

Nah, it had 90+/100 ratings which is extremely good, but apparently it wasn't that good as Chrono Trigger (who usually is regarded as best or second best RPG ever). I think that it was criticized for being overcomplicated though (had around 50 companions or so). I am planning to give it a try but too many games and not many free time.
Hmmmm, I dunno where I got the panned idea from. Though I love it, I couldn't imagine Trigger being the 2nd best RPG ever either.

Absolutely, a huge bonus for sports/racers, highly important for most other genres, but utterly vital for RPG's.
That's the stuff, found this one too as I followed the Youtube chain....It really is brilliant EQ, one of the best games I've played for sure.
