win this and Liverpool know they're really up against it, and could in fact be out of contention by Sunday evening.

lose this, and Liverpool have that glimmer of hope back.

Shitting it. Surely we can't lose 4 in a row. Palace are unpredictable. Capable of a lot, but they're not consistent with it, especially not at home. We just have to win. Don't care how. Ashley Young dive, own goal off of Speroni's arse, Fellaini elbowing it in half a mile offside. Who cares. 3 points. Get them.

This race should have been sewn up weeks ago, and we should have been pushing for 2nd place. We were 4 points ahead of City. Now we're 5 points behind them and 4 points ahead of fecking Liverpool.

Chelsea was unfortunate. Everton was toothless. West Brom was an unmitigated disaster in what appeared to be our easiest of the run-in games on paper. This game is huge.

    Yep, agreed.

Win tomorrow at all costs. We just need to get over the line. If we do, I think it'll be done and dusted come Sunday night. If we don't I can see Liverpool getting a result at Chelsea and then we're right up against it.

    Nervous about it myself.

I think line-ups only announced on match day, even to players??
No he actually has inside info, and in training they play the way they will lineup on one team against the other players, the players don't find out the day of. Only changes tend to be injuries.

Is it a paid forum to see the line-up?

Someone has to ask if this leaking of lineups is costing us points. And why does LVG have to virtually show his cards at every presser? Just hope we think of something different to the Fellaini tactic tomorrow. It has served it's use for now.

the opponents will prepare for many cases, not simply based on some leaks only. it's not that hard to predict our line-up anyway

Didn't see either Di Maria or Young in the training video on photos. They could be out with the bug that's going around. :nervous:

Hopefully it's just Blind in for carrick and the rest looks like our team from the good run we had. I've got more faith in us bossing the game with that setup, where Blind is doing a Carrick impression and everyone else is in their "usual" roles, than anything else. Hard pressing and quick attacks, especially early, to get that nerve-settling goal. Been forever since we've scored at all and the longer it goes, the worse we'll all feel

It's only Crystal Palace and not Barca......some people should really calm down

If Carrick, Rojo and Rafael are out.....

Bench: Valdes, McNair, A.Pereira, Young, Januzaj, Van Persie & Falcao

In terms of the aforementioned illness, any further word on who didnt make the trip? Young made the train, I know there was concern whether he had or not.

Fellaini will have to play deeper to help Blind. He's got his faults there but we need Herrera further up to supply the forwards.

LvG said yesterday that he wasn't worried about Liverpool. They should be concerned as they have to make up points with 3 games to go. That's the fecking spirit and I'm sure that's how the players feel - shame some of you lot can't share his perspective.

Taking the next corner instead of Jones!
Going to be a tough one this! Despite my best efforts to get out of it I am obliged to go to a 50th birthday party tonight about half an hour after the game starts. It's half an hour away too! Will record the game to my SKY box but I just know someone will spoil the whole thing and let me know the score before the night's out … especially if we don't win!

    I would love to see

    De Gea
    Valencia Smalling Jones Shaw
    Blind
    Mata Herrera Pereira Januzaj
    Rooney

Just for something different and not the exact same team as the last 3, bring Fellaini or Young on if we have
to and these don't work but lets see if our young players can inject some pace in to the game and new ideas.

Let them come to us and hit them on counter. Or it will be the same as Everton and Bromich IMO.

    Rooney upfront.

.. or just move the ball a bit quicker especially in the last third.
Something we were not capable of doing the last three games. We shall try something else. My God this game should have been easier, now its maybe our most important game of the season.

Complacency will be our downfall. We'll press and press then from one break they'll hit us, probably around the 65 min mark and we'll consider ourselves unlucky.

I hope for a fresh lineup today. Get Rooney up front, harerra behind, Di Maria and mata wide, then solidify the middle to deal with a counter.

    It won't be a walkover.
