If Jose takes over from LVG.

Would you Utd fans accept him if it happened?

Obviously you'd prefer a young fella like Laporte, Varane or Stones kinda signing, but just wondering if anyone would be up for being shown round Old Trafford by JT?

No way I'd want him here and I very much doubt Mourinho would either.

No I wouldn't accept him. He's a bell and we could do far better.

Suarez is the kind of idiot who would improve our team. Terry is the kind of idiot who wouldn't.

I just, barely, and only for the lack of alternatives, started to tolerate the idea of Mourinho at United.

To accept Terry here too? You're asking for too much.

This will never happen. He's not good enough, won't be accepted, he's already said he won't play for another English club and Mourinho won't want him here.

I'd rather finish 7th for the next five years than be helped to trophies by the likes of him.

Same thing.

However even if we bring Laporte, we would still be a CB short as Jones is injury prone, Rojo is meah and Mcnair is a joke. Terry could give us that breathing space needed before the likes of CBJ takes over

No matter how good they would be, Terry, Suarez and Gerrard would never have been/be accepted here.

Given our recent financial results I'd most certainly take him as a luxury signing.

And by that I mean he'd be kept as a secondary mascot who'd spend matchdays being pelted with foreign objects by passing fans. Of course there would be a small fee for the luxury of hurling stuff at the man, the myth, the legend but I'm sure it wouldn't put anyone off.

I don't even care that he's a cnut. I care that he's 35 and is shite.

I'd have taken Ashley Cole as an emergency LB (if he were up to it, which he probably wasn't) but JT26: Captain, Leader, Legend?

No way.
Cole? No way. Some players can be as good as possible, but I would never have them at United and Cole being one of them.

Id sign him

Just to prove to Chelsea he isn't loyal. And then I'd sack him the same day.

I wanted to soak in the pleasure of that geezer struggling so I don't want it to happen at our expense. He would bring in a much needed dose of leadership and spine though.

I would take Suarez in a heartbeat.

Nah, there are other high-quality footballers in the world (maybe not Suarez level, but meh) that can play for Manchester United without his baggage - specifically what he said/did to a Manchester United player.

Some things mean more to me then winning at all costs.

no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no

Would love to see the United marketing machine try and spin this transfer to make us not look desperate.

There are better alternatives, and I wouldn't take John Terry even if he played for free.

I wouldn't take him even if he wee a few years younger. Anyone who'd take Suarez needs their head looking at as well.
