Yes, being patronizing is a terrible trait.
Shush MP don't point on who was being a patronising in the first place.

It's quite funny seeing how KM acts now that he's a "mod". It was only a few years ago that he was in the newbies and was PMing me to post stuff into the mains for him. I guess such great power can really change a man.

@KM the last comment was in jest so don't shoot! Let's move on from this now. No harm done.

if there's going to be panic every time a rival gets a top player over us this summer (and, hell, it's not even over us, seeing as it doesn't look like we were even interested), then there are going to be a lot of panic attacks on here this summer.
I think it was mostly because people had internalized the idea of getting him, I don't think further transfers will cause as much panic (bar if City buy Griezmann).

Just my two cents, but I think we were interested in him but City signed him ahead of us. Jose's post match interview sorts hints at that(or else why would he know where Bernardo Silva is heading). He could've just said that we're not interested and moved on.

Am more interested to see what happens with Fabinho now. Surely 3 Monaco players won't be going to City this summer.
I can't see more than three Monaco players leaving this summer. If Mendy go to City then Monaco will be in a position where they can really strong-arm any team that wants to purchase Fabinho... Hopefully I am wrong.

Doesnt make sense on any level for City. They are stocked in the wide and number 10 positions already. De Bruyne, Silva, Sane, Sterling

They need defenders
Looks like one of them will be spending a lot of time on the bench. And that's assuming Navas is being flogged in the summer. Plus it makes it even less likely he will find a way to accommodate both Aguero and Jesus in the team.

The list of potentially gettable players is Mahrez, Cuadrado, Perisic and Douglas Costa. And maybe Neymar.
Juve just signed him on a permanent basis.

I think Mahrez might be a decent shout you know. May be able to get him a bit cheaper than he was going for last summer considering he's unperformed in comparison

Navas has already left the club, his contract wasn't renewed. My guess is Silva or KdB to move deeper. Maybe some credence in the rumors that Aguero wants out?

Disappointing if we weren't interested but lets see what rabbits Jose and Woody pull out of the hat before judging

People should relax and see what unfolds over the next two months. I'm sure the club know what they're doing.
Relax? RELAX?! This is Muppet Season, nobody is relaxing any time soon! Don't you get it; we're shit. City are going to get Silva, Chelsea will get Ronaldo and Messi, Pele will join Stoke and Hitler will become a ball boy at Crystal Palace. Meanwhile we'll get relegated, and have to forfeit Transylvania to Hungary. It'll be a total mess.

Will benefit Pep's style a lot sadly. Great signing for them.

Let's see what we will do.

Independent saying 59m pounds is the price whilst United were interested in him but City made a much more "harder" move for him.

Seeing the mini meltdown seems I am in minority in not wanting him here and happy that we didn't go for him. If at all we buy a wide player, It has to be a proper wide player who uses the width of OT pitch(only exception is bale/Neymar type of wide forward). If we buy a number 10, he has to be a goalscoring number 10, not just a playmaker.

People won't realise how big of a loss this is for another few years. He is going to be World class.

Oh, I missed that one. I thought that they signed him last summer.

Good signing for them. They have a frightening attacking line up. Let's hope they botch their defensive signings once more.

No value...the moment City bid that much we should have matched it, they're going to improve massively whilst already fairing better in the league than us.

Said before that Silva will be a Hazard like player for us, now it's seems it'll be for City, I'm not a doom monger and I'm sure we'll get a few players in but I really liked the look of Silva.
