Here is how you do it
If this is true then De Gea gotta tell these dudes to feck off once and for all. Like can't have this saga again next year if Navas' form drops. I hear he wants a return to Spain mostly because of his girl/family or w/e but c'mon dude you're a professional that's being well paid plus it's not like you're playing in a different continent, Manchester to Madrid(vice versa) ain't that long a flight, plus I'm sure the club/manager would let him go to Spain every now and then if he committed and asked.

Our best games this season December-beginning January where with him in a midfield two in 4-2-3-1 and Mkhitaryan #10. Poor Pogba, best midfield in the world but can only play one system… not!
Our best football this season came when he played in the midfield with Carrick and Herrera, he's always going to be a liability in a 2 because he's having to force himself to do things that aren't a natural part of his game, look at the player at Juve and look at the player here and it's easy to see what we are missing every time we make him play in a 2.

Agree to disagree. He hasn't been the Juve player he was even in a midfield three with us, so… I can bet you Mourinho sees him mostly playing in a midfield two and will try to balance the team at the start of the season for that to be possible on the long run, specially if we play with a second striker like Griezmann.

No, he hasn't reached the heights of perofrmance for us that he did for Juve in a 3 yet, but he's not been played in it long enough because Jose keeps killing his game to shoehorn in one of our mediocre #10's. We paid £89M for him, to try and force him to be something he's not is madness IMO, Jose needs to realize what he has in Pogba instead of trying to change him.

I just remembered it can be said he played the final in a midfield two, since Fellaini played #10. And it worked fine, although not the kind of attacking football we look forward. Specialists and all, I think it's just not very bright to think such a player can only play an assigned position in 4-3-3. With a Kanté type of guy on his side, he could much very well do whatever he wants in a midfield two. It's just we don't have that player yet, and I hope we get him soon.

It worked in the final playing garbage football against a team from a 3rd tier league, I'm not saying he can't play in a 2, I am saying it makes him half the player he can be when played in a 3. A Kante type wont help him, Kante has no positional sense or discipline, he runs around way too much, what Pogba needs in either system is an intelligent DM that sits in front of the back 4 and can cover him and feed him the ball accurately.

Poor old Monaco getting plundered to death! Probably City's revenge for dumping them out of the CL.

They didn't have to sell I suppose, but they seem to operate that way. They have struck it lucky having so many good young players in one group and have won the league. Now it depends how many they sell, if the players they bring in develop as well and if they do, sell them on at a profit. As I say, how they do from here on in will depend on how much this side is decimated and if they can get the same quality in.

Juve met with Di Maria's agent. Talks will progress after the CL final.

I'm watching Phil Brown on Beyond the Pitch (Pilib de Brun)

On Griezmann, he says United are very confident it'll happen and that he thinks it looks nailed on

That would be a brilliant signing for them. They'd be even more flexible tactically. He could play instead of Mandzukic on the left or start on the right when they play 4 at the back and Dybala is the 10. He'd give them pace and creativity which they could use a bit more of outside the fullback position.

Dude he can't just come out and say I want to join Manchester United. Such a huge transfer can collapse on the most minor detail.
There's a release clause, so there's no obstacle or negotiating with the club. Therefore all obstacles come from him and his agent. We've apparently been in negotiations for months and he's still not committing. Sounds more like he actually would rather stay at Atletico but is flattered by our interest.

A transfer is more complicated than just the RC. Until he signs a contract, he will be coy either way.

Just when I started including him in my transfer targets . Juventus are relentless. They pile up all the good players in the Serie A.

All the rumours are unfounded, I'm still Colchonero (Atletico player). My orientation will be established after discussion with my Sports Advisor (Agent)
He is open to leaving- said it again

Juventus in the Serie-A is even more ridiculous than Bayern in the BL.

If a player stands out for a rival they will go for him, no matter what.

Knowing Juve they'll cover that as well, and might even see Pasredes playing more as a #8.
I agree. CMs are probably their biggest need next to a RB. I wonder if they are going to sign Berardi or if he's available.

Juve hoover up Serie A talent and don't they have some sort of first option on Berardi? For CM's I could see them buying Matuidi.

I think they do. But with Cuadrado permanently signed and Dybala also being able to play there, he might be available. Injuries are a concern though.

They were constantly linked with Tolisso. Not sure, if that's still going to happen or if they are looking elsewhere.
