Ah ok, and I agree this lad is not ready for a move to a bigger league yet.
We bought Chong to develop in our Academy in his correct age bracket, that's not the same as buying a kid from the first team to throw into the PL.
He's not ready yet for a big move....leave him develop at Ajax for the next 2-3 years and see how he is then but he looks a decent prospect

Kluivert right now is not better than Younes or Neres he is not ready to move to us.
English clubs also raid Spainish, German, Italian, French, Belgian, Portugese and Scandinavian academies so you guys are not the only one. Dutch Football's issues run much deeper than that.

He looks a really good prospect. Technically very gifted, fairly quick and a good dribbler. However, he does seem a little lightweight and perhaps lacks end product. But, if getting him in now means that he doesn't move to a domestic or European rival, I'm all for it.

Not really seeing anything one of our own youngsters couldnt provide. Gribbin, boonen, gomes. I'd say greenwood but he's only 16. Then again this kids only two years older. I could understand if he was mustard but he just looks pretty decent.

You got a point with Neres, but Younes is terrible. He’s a good dribbler, but has no end product whatsoever. How he has caps for Germany is beyond me.

Every match I have seen Ajax play Younes has gotten the better of the two and been more dominant. This is a transfer linked to us due to Kluivert's family name rather than quality.
I agree on the family name point, posted something similar in another thread actually.
He ousted Younes from the starting 11 a few weeks back whilst being six years younger and is starting to score more and more. He’s obviously not the finished product, but Younes is terrible. He’s actually looking for a transfer this winter to get playing time. Probably in partbecause Ajax blame Younes for practically everything.
The video says his weakness is crossing! Thats not very good for a winger. Sorry I didnt watch the video itself only the first bit as they all show you the few great bits.
I am all for buying young talented players but I feel right now we would be better off getting a mahrez or ozil (not fully sold on him).

Really like this lad. Huge potential and I think we should get in before others come calling. We all lament not doing so with Mbappe and the likes. Let's not let it happen again...
