If he starts Pogba against Chelsea and Pogs screws it, that's it we're fecked and he too
Sure but I'd rather take my chances with Pogba for the rest of the season than without. Pogba's already left once when he wasn't being played and it hurt us in the long-run. Would hate to see it happen again.

    At least he picked DDG.

Pogba has to be carrying a knock.

    Let's bury these guys today.
Why? He could very well be dropped due to poor form. I remember lots of people were unhappy when he refused to drop Zlatan. If Pogba was carrying an injury or aknock i dont see the point of hiding it.

Pogba can't be trusted to put in a shift when we're having to defend - simple as that, so no surprise that away in the CL he's not selected.
Hoping he's just not 100%. Otherwise it's a little bit of a worry that you can't field a £85m midfielder away to Sevilla!
What happens deeper in the cup if we get there?

Think you better go and support another team, at least until we sign Messi and Ronaldo.
I don't blame you for thinking I was serious. I'm one of those 'Jose lovers' that believes the manager should be backed until he stops meeting his targets. I was summarizing what the player performance threads said about every player, almost of those threads think our players are shite.

Our fans on twitter really are ridiculous at times.

Pogba and martial fanboys actively wanting us to lose to prove a point. Clowns.
Social media is a crap place to read comments and opinions. I never see them.

Maybe the game against Chelsea is weighing on his choices. Top four finish or semis in the CL. Or as someone might put it- Is it time to ditch the CL ?

I hope Pogba will be very angry and he decides to never let Jose to drop him and then he brings United to win every match.

Definitely parking the bus, just as expected. What a fecking shame, it's like we are playing Barcelona at Nou Camp and not fecking Sevilla who conceded 5 goals at home just recently to fecking Betis. Absolute disgrace.

    Mourinho's explanation in full -
“Because McTominay is working hard every day, he is feeling good and strong, he played the last match for 90 minutes and Paul last Saturday wasn’t able to play and this is the kind of game where I think a player must feel 100%.

“We are going to play with 3 midfielders and Paul can play in one of the two roles where Herrera and McTominay are going to play.

“Paul created some doubt by not playing on Saturday by his own decision, he was not feeling good and that created some doubt.”

Looks like Pogba had refused to play very late on and Jose is punishing him for it. There is definite tension here, it has come at the wrong time of the season for us. Think if we dont win, there will be leaks from Pogba's side about playing under mourinho etc. Really bad timing, i thought our squad rebuild was going on great, the club was moving in the right direction, this is a big speedbreaker on that road.

Well let's say, Pogba didn't like Jose speaking on his behalf earlier before the cup game then he made him self un available and now Jose punishing him?
Obviously this. I can't see any other chain of events. Jose is saying Pogba took his own decision to not be available on Saturday and given he had prepared the team the day before he must've been angry that Pogba ruined his tactical work by not being available.

It will be interesting to see how Pogba plays, when he returns.
Hopefully, he plays with fire and grit.

I personally don't have a problem with Pogba being on the bench. However, I am disappointed Shaw doesn't start. He's been great lately.

Yes,I believe that there is a rift and I’m very concerned.

Mourinho has history for falling out with star players just before imploding.

Benching Pogba and Martial for the biggest game of the season so far is crazy.
Pogba is woefully out of form and Martial is a lazy player so maybe the replacement players will actually move while on the pitch .

Plus there is a big league clash on Sunday .

Anyway either way it will be shite Jose negative unwatchable garbage football .

Or maybe finally we will click ...

    Lets go for 1-4 :D

Life must be really difficult for you, getting so angry even before the game started

Since then they've also beaten Atletico Madrid home and away. Why risk underestimating them with the stakes so high?

But Pogba tweeted he was gutted not to be involved. Doesn't make sense.
