I take back what I said at half time. What a fantastic response, that is what Manchester United are all about.

We beat them on away goals.

Surely Mourinho will learn parking the bus and having no shots at goal (1st half) is not the way forward. He had no option but to change tack and although not brilliant attacking play overall (goals were all good) we got back in it. Lets hope he drops this cowardly defensive play now and let the team play, but I wont hold my breath

Jose managed to really rally the troops at HT. I was really surprised, because United seem to have been done for Jose himself has not done it in while. Turning the flow of the game i mean. There was some first rate plays from United and maybe a glimpse of how Pogba and Sanchez can fit in.
But ultimately that win while amazing kind of resembles our wins against Liverpool at home and Arsenal away. In all these three games while we have won, our overall level of play have been rather average and we won mostly because we were much clinical. Especially today and at Arsenal, both times opposition missed a huge amount of chances. While i am happy for today's result i can't shake the feeling that this style, our wins against big teams this season is simply not sustainable way of winning.
In none of these wins, if we count also Chelsea's one, Spurs, others, i can't remember a single big game where United won and it was "United was better, end of story".

Shaken, and very stirred......
Fair play United, total game of two halves, think we just thought we had to walk around the second half, enjoy your win
Thanks, it's a relief to be honest. The idea of City confirming winning the league by beating us was just too much to take - although I think most United fans thought that indeed would happen today, hence the euphoria. You are obviously a great team, playing top football so we only delayed the inevitable. Enjoy winning the title next week, which this time I'm sure you will!

She does! I like how the bald guy next to her ruffles her hair as he celebrates. Then touches his own head, probably to remind himself that he is bald
The guy who is wearing a grey hoodie under his City shirt. He has unnaturally long fingers. The look like pepperami.

Alexis Sanchez is the fecking catalyst to a proper title challenge next season. What a character. The sheer workrate and willpower to drag us back.

Paul Pogba with a coming of age match. Especially with all the criticism. Extra marks for running up to guardiola at full time and calling him a lying twat to his face [/QUOTE]

A marker has been put down for next season.

I've just watched our goals again and he was involved largely in all three. He's got a lot of gumption and drive

You are being very disrespectful to them. They are a top team. Not a collection of individuals nor mercenaries. All they have shown last 2 games is they are still human.
Top teams don't capulate in the biggest games of the season.

Losing 3 0 without a wimper at Anfield.

Choking winning the league today.

The players and manager are all there just for the ££££.

No guts. No players who've come through the ranks and bleed light blue.

If other teams had pressured them earlier in the season it could have been a contest.

Souness "City look like they have a mental weakness that they didn't have before Wednesday night. 3 Goals against Liverpool, 3 goals against 'a' United side"

fecking couldn't help himself could he? Had to mention Liverpool and couldn't give us any credit.
Probably comparing the great sides we have had compared to now, by saying 'a' United side.

Mourinho gave Neville a lesson during the interview. CM can't really do anything when defence is all over the place. They kept hoofing the ball up. There again god forbid Gaz criticising his former mates

Half time: was wandering around wanting everyone out from José to the tea lady.

Full time: I’m still trying to recover!!

It’s just soooooo sweet.

De Gea’s save was unreal, best keeper in the World by a distance Pogba....fair play, that’s what we bought him for.

I love Herrera but would probably hate him if he played for anyone else

And Martin Atkinson had a great game!!! :-)

As a fan, you live for games like this. For days like this. To feel your heart bursting with pride in your team. There's probably technicalities of the game to be analysed, but they don't matter as much as the sheer buzz of such a win. I've spent the whole week having nightmares of Citeh celebrating the title win after this game. For sparing me that fate, and in such dramatic fashion, I could make statue of our starting 11 today in my garden!

Unbelievable!!That was the most incredible example of a game of 2 Halves...I still can't get my head around the fact that we were so horrendous in the first half...We could have been 5 down before half time. But we were awesome in the 2nd half...Alexis and Pogba were top top class,Herrera and Matic were out of this world...And a special call out to Young,he was magnificent in the 2nd half...And De Geas save was out of this world...All in all, that was an incredible comeback and it just feels insane that we just spoiled their party!!

Want to wrap up the title against United??Nah,not a chance...

Credit where credit is due. Jose got it is so wrong in the first half, but turned it around in the second half.

City are a lot better than people make out on here. But as Liverpool showed if you attack them they have weaknesses. Jose needs to realize we have some really good attacking talent. Defending isn't really our cup of tea.

Our whole defence looked scared stiff of City. But once we did less hoof ball we saw some good interplay.

Think that is top 3 sealed now. Next week could seal 2nd.
United has 4 points ahead of Liverpool with a game in hand. Liverpool will have to face Chelsea away.

Neville was continually criticizing the defenders in the first half:confused: he was criticizing everyone, because they were all shit. The response to Neville always gets me, he just expects a lot from the club and does not go in for excuses. That comes from being an overachiever.

Amazing win. Stopping them for another 2 weeks makes up for a lot of agro we have seen this season. More importantly we are now just 7 points from guaranteed champions league. 2 wins should do it as I doubt Chelsea will win every game.
If pogba can play like that all the time we would be another team. He has to play further up pitch behind lukaku. Sanchez on right and martial on left.

Credit to mourinho. Lots of us have given him stick on here but that second half was ace.
Yeah, it’s almost like he’s one of the most successful managers in the history of the game or sumfin.

Yes, but he gave all the England squad an easy time when he was coach and pundit. There's one thing being in the commentary box slagging people off quite another when you have to face them. He's a coward

He kept mentioning Pogba when in reality (and as Mourinho said) the problem was in defence. Neville means well but he's very weak in tactics. No wonder why he failed as a manager
