Respect your decision, different strokes for different folks, but your WRONG !!!I thought he was great .. Sane wasnt involved in the game at all .. But I get your point about him staying back and passing backwards.. I think Young is chosen to go forward and Valencia stays .. But i felt he had a massive game ..
fecking love Herrera, he was brilliant yesterday as was our whole midfield in the second half. Don't think we can accuse the players and Jose of not having the desire after yesterday. It was apparent that everyone was very happy to piss on their parade, this is what happens when you throw a 'we beat United at Old Trafford' party in the away side changing rooms.Tweet

Absolutely love that. Guessing this is at half time?
Me.
I have rage. It had to go soon as gundogan scored I can't believe I missed it. I couldn't watch anymore though I had flipped the tele is lucky to still be one piece.
Hahaha ... KudosRespect your decision, different strokes for different folks, but your WRONG !!!
That's great to see. Let's hope we use the result as a platform for further improvement.
Hope City and liverpool is a nasty long game, with some players being banned from playing the next on both sides, going to ET or even penalties, etc.
Our best chances of giving City a scare is them being overloaded by fixtures. I honestly trust tottenham to beat them.
Even though I think this is a bit inappropriate but I fecking love it.Tweet

I fancy Spurs to beat them next week, which would be nice. I'd like to see them winning the title on an anti-climax and with the feeling it didn't go to plan.
There is a golden rule to never trust or rely or Tottenham. I'd love it if they get a result but won't be counting on that.
We are doing somethings right and have been doing things wrong, beating liverpool, chelsea and city in the space of 2 months was a sign of the teams character and ability they can beat almost anyone if the system and tactics are right, and are a side that will not hide in the big games which is partly why we are second. But what we have not been doing right is certain bizarre team selections, the teams inability to move the ball quicker back to front quicker and player further up the pitch. But the secret in unlocking pogba's full potential is herrera and matic alongside him, because no way would pogba have been able to score those kind of goals if he did not have four sets of legs around him, one of them in herrera can get about the pitch, close players down and help pogba move the ball to the final third, and the team playing further forward. When in your midfield you have matic holding, herrera and pogba able to break forward, sanchez on the left, these are players built to hurt teams and fight in these kind of games, unleash the shackles these players showed the world they can hurt anyone. So Jose cannot go back now, he went to the champions elect ground and took the game to them, if they can do that he can do it to anyone. But hopefully with 5 new signings we will have a defense and midfield has the foundations to really push on next season, and hopefully finish strongly this season to build uponIt helped us that Sterling was distraught at not being picked at Anfield a few days earlier (as he couldn't have shown the boo-boys how much he'd developed) because his radar was totally off precisely when it was needed - to kill the game in the first half.
That said, this game had all the hallmarks of our season: a schizophrenic, semi-shambles of a side somehow pull themselves together to turn things round and show that there might just be an inkling of a long-term understanding between the eleven men on the pitch.
I mean we must be doing something right if we're second, with the points tally we have?
After this game, to be honest, I didn't care. It was wonderful to savour a victory over a somtimes brittle, but also beautiful sky-blue machine, whichever way it came.
Fortunately that already have happened. 5 days ago they thought that they will be in the CL semis with a good chance to win it and sealing the title against their biggest rivals, all in a matter of less than a week.I fancy Spurs to beat them next week, which would be nice. It depends upon the second leg against Liverpool. I wouldn't count them out just yet; they are capable of blowing Liverpool away at the Etihad. Yesterday's missed opportunity is killing them, however, and, hopefully, they will stagger across the finish line. A Spurs win would be very funny.Fortunately that already have happened. 5 days ago they thought that they will be in the CL semis with a good chance to win it and sealing the title against their biggest rivals, all in a matter of less than a week.
Instead, they got humiliated losing 3-0 and then blew a 2-0 lead to lose 3-2. No matter what happens, this week takes away the shine off their season and will leave them with a bitter taste.
That's a great video!
what the actual feck?It helped us that Sterling was distraught at not being picked at Anfield a few days earlier (as he couldn't have shown the boo-boys how much he'd developed) because his radar was totally off precisely when it was needed - to kill the game in the first half.

This has already been touched on, luck is involved in every aspect of the game at all times. Gundogan could have just as easily missed his chance, De Gea could have saved the Kompany chance just as he did for Aguero.Great results yesterday put I am afraid all the win is going to do is paper over the cracks with all the things that are wrong with the team & manager. We were very fortunate that City missed loads of chances whilst out playing us in the first half. Lucky that a penalty was not given against Young & saved by another DDG wonder save. But still a great result.
Always great to see that, but we didnt win the league and why are the players celebrating like that? I am worried of their mentality.
Eh? Strange opinion to hold.Always great to see that, but we didnt win the league and why are the players celebrating like that? I am worried of their mentality.
For me they shouldn't be doing that. Players should be allowed to go upto the fans.Is it normal for stewards to get in the way of away players that want to celebrate with their supporters?
What a ridiculous post. Especially the last bit. If you didn't care after that game you should possibly consider giving football a rest.It helped us that Sterling was distraught at not being picked at Anfield a few days earlier (as he couldn't have shown the boo-boys how much he'd developed) because his radar was totally off precisely when it was needed - to kill the game in the first half.
