Day 4: Costa Rica vs Serbia, Germany vs Mexico , Brazil vs Switzerland

Hernandez having a blinder: showing once again what a totally twat Moyes is

German fullbacks both really high leaves them open to way too many counterattacks.n

Mexico need to play it smart. Germany naturally waking up.

That is some fecking save after seeing the replay

Think the keeper touched it there from that free kick.

Boateng should've been booked there.
To be fair, that would've been incredibly harsh considering the Mexico player wasn't booked for the 'tackle' leading up to the FK.

Edit: Never mind, looks like he was booked.

The ball came down the center by blunders of Khedira and Hummels.

Doesn't matter. He's out of position and has been a few times this half.

If I was the German coach, I'd get my full backs to just stay back for five.

They cannot live with the counters of Mexico.

The issue is mostly Hummels. He‘s far too aggressive and leaves the defense completely exposed. You can’t play like that, against a team countering that fast.

Yeah, that goal is all on Ozil

:wenger:
Did I say that? He’s a lazy defender, just allowed himself to get wrong-footed far too easily and half-heartedly dangled out a leg.

I don't want to sound like standard redcafe moaner, but I seriously cannot understand how teams likee Germany, mexico etc. that play few games yearly look far more organised than United attacking wise. It's ridiculous how nice and quick football Mexico play without some great players. They have Chicharito up front ffs.

He has scored some blooters. Put one past Real Madrid this season playing for Sevilla.

He also scored one in the Premier League when he was with Watford, and so he did with Porto. He's not been accurate today though
